Rozczarowana jestem ekskluzywnym hotelem, gdzie brak bezpłatnej w pokoju wody do picia oraz zabezpieczenie w kwocie 100

Dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Bezpłatny parking okazał się płatny.
Dziwne ukryte opłaty tak jak opłata klimatyczna oraz parking powinny być przedstawione w ofercie pokoju.
Dziwne aby zabezpieczać parking, opłatę klimatyczna oraz zabiegi spa na karcie kredytowej.
Za udogodnienia we wszystkich hotelach płaci się gotówką / kartą płatniczą / kartą jredytowąprzy wymeldowaniu.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral gelegen.

Cons:

1. Beim Empfang wurden wir leider nicht besonders herzlich begrüßt. Insbesondere empfanden wir den Umgangston der Rezeptionistin als unfreundlich und teilweise abwertend, wodurch der erste Eindruck leider negativ ausfiel.

2. Als wir anschließend unser Doppelzimmer betraten, befand sich darin ein Kinderbett, obwohl wir kein Kind angegeben oder ein Kinderbett angefordert hatten. Zusätzlich gab es im Zimmer eine offene Verbindungstür zu einem anderen Zimmer. Wir meldeten dies umgehend an der Rezeption. Der zuständige Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich und kümmerte sich sofort um das Problem, was wir positiv hervorheben möchten. Dennoch sind wir der Meinung, dass solche Dinge bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie eigentlich nicht vorkommen sollten.

3. Im Zimmer waren außerdem einige Schalter bzw. Knöpfe beschädigt oder ausgeschlagen. Auch hier hätten wir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie einen besseren Zustand erwartet.

4. Leider verlief auch das Frühstück etwas chaotisch. Unserer Meinung nach war das Frühstückspersonal mit der Anzahl der Gäste teilweise überfordert bzw. kam mit dem Nachfüllen und Abräumen nicht ausreichend hinterher. Dadurch entsprach das Frühstückserlebnis leider nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen.

We had an excellent stay at the Milan Marriott Hotel and were very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is elegant, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing stay.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel also offers a convenient location, making it easy to get around Milan.
Overall, everything met our expectations. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose the Milan Marriott Hotel again on our next visit to Milan. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Marriott de Milan. L’hôtel était vraiment très, très propre, avec un excellent emplacement. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à disposition et le personnel a été particulièrement accueillant, disponible et à l’écoute.

Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier Deaa et Eisha à la réception, ainsi qu’un réceptionniste égyptien dont je n’ai malheureusement pas retenu le nom. Ils ont tous été extrêmement aimables, attentionnés et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme ont réellement fait la différence pendant notre séjour.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour cet accueil et cette belle expérience. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !
