THe room was roomy. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was good. it is in walking distance to Gare De Est and Gare Du Nord. Many good restaurants nearby esp on Rue des Vinaigriers and Rue de Lancry.

Cons:

The bathroom was dated and not up-keeped. There were mold and water damage around tiles and the boarders and floor. The design of the shower was bad with no door, so all the water ran out causing the water damage. Lighting is not enough throughout the room, esp in the dining area and in the bathroom. The neighborhood was not very safe. There were a couple homeless stayed near the hotel.

Pros:

We booked this hotel for just one night, but due to a sudden health issue, we urgently needed to extend our stay. The receptionist was incredibly helpful, understanding, and went above and beyond to accommodate us and support us in every way possible.
The hotel itself is wonderful- very clean, cozy, and comfortable. We are deeply grateful for such genuine care and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Just one thing - strange door 2 in 1 for toilet room and for room itself. Locker of the door wasn’t too big so it is not easy to lock the door without handle )

Prijs/kwaliteit in orde.
Pros:

Dichtbij Gare de l' Est, handig om de metro te nemen. Buurt is nogal vuil. Vriendelijk personeel. Kamer is klein, vooral de badkamer is wat te klein. Goeie airco, kleine kitchenette. Geen tafeltje als je iets wil eten.
