Perfect
Pros:

This was an absolutely lovely property. It had exactly what we needed which was a property with a kitchenette to cook for our son who has food allergies and a convenient location to get to Gare l’est to be able to travel to Disneyland. The staff members at the property were extremely friendly and helpful. I must make a special mention of Alexandre. He was a star. The rooms were also spotless and beds very comfy.

Zweckmäßige saubere Unterkunft am Gare de l‘Est
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-in. Die Zimmer lagen im Erfgeschoss, durch eine Hecke und Zaun war dies jedoch kein Problem. Die Zimmer sind tadellos sauber, der Platz genügend. Die Umgebung ist aufgrund der Nähe zum Bahnhof durchwachsen, aber auch als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung nicht unpraktisch. Zudem verließen wir Paris am Gare de l‘Est, was um die Ecke ist.

Cons:

Die behindertengerechte Dusche führt dazu, dass das komplette Bad unter Wasser stand und sich das Wasser bis ins Zimmer verteilte.

Personale gentile e disponibile, nonostante la nostra difficoltà con la lingua francese.

Cons:

La struttura per alcuni appartamenti va sistemata meglio. A noi ne hanno assegnato uno che presentava una perdita di acqua a pavimento. In quelle condizioni non puoi permetterti di assegnare l'appartamento. Non è ammissibile. Piuttosto sono stati tempestivi a darci un'altra sistemazione.
Per noi italiani è indispensabile il bidet, ma tutto sommato riusciamo a sopravvivere.
Il servizio colazione è buono. Peccato per chi è celiaco e intollerante al lattosio. Basterebbe un banale latte di soia e qualche prodotto senza glutine per rendere felici anche quelle persone che soggiornano e hanno queste problematiche.

Fantastic value and quality - and staff excellent.
Pros:

Amazing room. Massive bed and well equipped kitchen area - cooked a full meal no problem and good quality equipment.

Nice comfortable place with everything needed for a great visit to Paris
Pros:

The location was great with east access to Gare L’Este, restaurants and bars. The morning continental breakfast and coffee machine was awesome as well. The staff, though, absolutely made the stay!

Cons:

It wasn’t as walkable to key points of interest as I would have hoped
