QUite happy with the staff and facilities. A bit disappointed on not being provided a reduced tariff
Pros:

The staff was courtoues and very helpful. They accepted late check-in, on our reauest.

Cons:

The staff did not inform us of free WiFi availability. We had booked a 1-night stay. They should have provision of day stay (at reduced tariff). We wanted to keep 1 room for the day, from 10:00 hrs. till 20:30 hrs. They charged us for the full night stay.
