The apartment is very clean and cozy. We like the atmosphere and the private parking.

Cons:

What we did not like was that there was no kettle in the apartment, and we were informed that even heating water on the stove required an additional €30 kitchen cleaning fee. This information was not clearly mentioned in the Booking listing, although the apartment description included a kitchen, stovetop and kitchenware.

The listing also mentioned a swimming pool, but after arrival we found out that the pool is located at another hotel/property and we would need to drive there, which was very inconvenient and unclear from the description.

We also contacted the hosts asking for clarification, but unfortunately we did not receive a reply.

Letto confortevole; trovato sempre spazio nel parcheggio; la signora delle pulizie gentile e servizievole.

Cons:

A fronte di tre posti letto, mancavano stoviglie e posate già per due persone.
Il problema è stato risolto solo il giorno dopo la segnalazione.
Una delle due sedie esterne era rotta.
La reception, con un locale a fianco agli appartamenti, non è mai stata aperta con qualcuno dentro.

Struttura esterna molto gradevole.

Cons:

Pulizia non sufficiente, aria condizionata presente ma non utilizzabile, i lumi sui comodini erano rotti, il bagno non è assolutamente all'altezza. Mancanza di zanzariere.

En la última páginas de explicaciones en BOOKING ponía (🤨en inglés,🙄🤥YO NO SÉ EL INGLÉS)que si utilizas la cocina tienes que pagar suplemento de 30€, MUY CURIOSO....🤔🤔, si presentas una habitación con cocina con un precio, NO ES CORRECTO PEDIR MÁS 💰,¡NUNCA VISTO! TOTAL: no utilizamos la cocina 🤨🤨 PONERLO MÁS CLARAMENTE...

Bah … nulla… onestamente le foto nn sono realistiche

Staff: prepotente e con poca voglia di fare, addirittura la signorina si è messa a tu per tu … consiglio un bel corso di sana educazione.
Location: carina, ma non si riesce a dormire durante la notte perché il traffico è intenso, la struttura è situata su una strada statale.
Servizi: ATTENZIONE !!! Prima di prenotare leggete bene. In inglese, molto infondo, in piccolo… scrivono che se si utilizza la cucina, ci sarà un supplemento di 30€ per la pulizia. ( che ovviamente in fase di prenotazione nn avevo letto perché in piccolo ), ho pensato: e se la pulisco io, immagino nn pago il supplemento … e invece ti fregano in camera, dove trovi il cartello con scritto: se utilizzi la cucina paghi un supplemento di 30€, in tt ciò arriva una signora che ci comunica che se utilizziamo un solo bicchiere c saranno addebitati i 30€. Ovviamente ho chiesto spiegazioni allo staff che in modo molto arrogante mi rispondono che i soldi loro li prenderanno comunque … !!! La cucina comunque è sprovvista di tutto, a parte qualche pentola.
P.s. Partiamo dal presupposto che se prenoto un appartamento l intenzione è usare la cucina … invece di fregare il cliente con il prezzo competitivo per poi addebitargli altre spese, fate i seri e inserite il prezzo corretto. Non torneremo mai più!
