Comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed at Watertown, University District location while visiting University of Washington. We had a great experience. The double room was a nice size. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The free refillable water bottle was a nice touch. The staff was great and accommodating. The only negative is that the shower pressure was not the best. Definitely with walking distance of many restaurants and the University if you are okay with a slight incline.

Nice for university visiting
Pros:

The vibe is amazing in this hotel. All the people were so kind and helpful to me. I chose this place because it was close to the university, and there are a lot of places to go have lunch/drinks, which is a plus. During my stay, the room was completely clean. I like that they gave me a reusable bottle that I can refill at the entrance every time I want.

During my time there, overall, there is a low noise level, but there were some repairs going on the street, but nothing too loud. I think the price is worth the experience.

A comfortable surprise
Pros:

I stayed in this location due to its closeness to the Neptune theater. I arrived to construction on the street and it was very confusing so I went and parked and called and got very clear directions on how to get there and what to do and I had a very nice talk with The front desk. They’re very helpful and were able to answer all my questions. The room is very large and comfortable. I had a nice hot soaking bath after the show and relaxed in the bed with the duvet.I slept very soundly. I will be staying here again.

Construction impacts arrival. Over Hyped in some areas.
Pros:

No prior communication regarding the fact that the full front and sides of the hotel were under construction. VERY DIFFICULT TO FIND PARKING ENTRANCE IN CONSTRUCTION CONFUSION. Also difficult to walk into the lobby due to construction.

“Free drinks” were just cans in a cooler. Very underwhelming.

Located in very diverse and fun neighborhood with lots of various food cuisines.

great except view was zilch & we have stayed several times due to a transplant at UW hospital.
Pros:

bed/pillows SO comfy!!!

Cons:

looking out our window at a total wall......so thrilling! we have stayed many times at all of the 3 pineapple hotels due to a transplant at UW hospital. Watertown is like home away from home.

Great hotel
Pros:

This is a great hotel, highly recommend it. The staff are always friendly and efficient and willing to accommodate requests whenever possible. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equipped and maintained to a very high standard.

The general feel of the hotel is very modern but with its own unique character that feels very un-corporate. The location is excellent for visiting the UW campus and is also close to a light rail station and there are so many local restaurants within walking distance. On-site underground secured parking is also a huge plus in a busy area of Seattle.

Great Location, Excellent Parking
Pros:

Great stay, the parking garage with direct elevator access to your floor is a HUGE bonus. UW is a beautiful campus and this hotel being so close lets you enjoy the huge array of stores and restaurants right around here. Will definitely stay again!

Loved the location and the layout of the room was spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Always nice to have a breakfast includes. They do have a cafe where you can buy breakfast though.
