great except view was zilch & we have stayed several times due to a transplant at UW hospital.
Pros:

bed/pillows SO comfy!!!

Cons:

looking out our window at a total wall......so thrilling! we have stayed many times at all of the 3 pineapple hotels due to a transplant at UW hospital. Watertown is like home away from home.

Great hotel
Pros:

This is a great hotel, highly recommend it. The staff are always friendly and efficient and willing to accommodate requests whenever possible. Rooms are very comfortable, clean, well equipped and maintained to a very high standard.

The general feel of the hotel is very modern but with its own unique character that feels very un-corporate. The location is excellent for visiting the UW campus and is also close to a light rail station and there are so many local restaurants within walking distance. On-site underground secured parking is also a huge plus in a busy area of Seattle.

Great Location, Excellent Parking
Pros:

Great stay, the parking garage with direct elevator access to your floor is a HUGE bonus. UW is a beautiful campus and this hotel being so close lets you enjoy the huge array of stores and restaurants right around here. Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay here. You can’t beat the location.
Pros:

Loved the location and the layout of the room was spacious. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Always nice to have a breakfast includes. They do have a cafe where you can buy breakfast though.

Great place to stay!
Pros:

This hotel was wonderful! The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful. Somehow, I messed up my reservation, but she took care of it. The room was very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The stay was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was really nice. Great location, easy to walk around the U-district and very safe feeling. When we walked into our room it was so cute! GREAT beds with 2 duvets on each bed, bright cheery colors and the pineapple theme was very cute. The room is very large and even has a fridge and microwave. The lobby area is very big and welcoming. There was a gym as well. Loved that parking was right under the building and wasn't too expensive. Great time and definitely would stay again and this hotel or any other Staypineapple.

Cons:

Didn't think the resort fee was necessary. But that is just the sign of the times. At least we each received a free drink!

Got no sleep
Pros:

The heating unit was incredibly loud. The shades were old and block no lights. I found myself woken up every cycle of the heating unit going on. While the idea of refilling the water bottle is excellent, the water station is only on the first floor.

Very friendly staff!
Pros:

My family and I were in Seattle a couple of days while my Mom was getting a procedure. Staff was super friendly and supportive. Loved the complementary drinks and enjoyed the little cafe on site, which was perfect for breakfast. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
