Awesome hotel!
Pros:

All around excellent experience. Super friendly and helpful staff, very thoughtfully considered room layout and small things like providing QR codes for tipping housekeeping. Was near the elevator, but had no issues with noise. Not to mention the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. Will definitely return!

The best hotel in the U District
Pros:

I love staying at the Staypineapple Watertown Hotel! My daughter went to the University of Washington, and this hotel is incredibly close to campus, which makes everything so easy.
One of the biggest perks is the convenient underground parking—especially helpful if you’re moving your student in and need to leave items in your car overnight. (Not ideal, of course, but definitely better than parking on the street.)
If you don’t need a car, the Link Light Rail stop is just a few blocks away, which makes getting around super simple.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Street noise is minimal, and the overall vibe of the place is just great. The café downstairs is perfect for grabbing your morning coffee, and the staff is always so friendly.
It’s easily my favorite place to stay.

StayPineapple - a name that is interesting and the stay is excellent
Pros:

Very friendly, clean and everyone in the staff took care of small things. Jackie & Jone at the front desk were very courteous

The hotel amenities are excellent.
1. The reusable water bottles instead of disposable plastic ones & water fountain for refilling these bottles
2. Excellent pineapple flavored/shaped sugar cookies offered in the afternoon with coffee etc
3. Love the fact the way the comforters were folded and kept on the bed. Normally all hotels tuck the comforters so tight that I have to remake the bed as the sheets come out when I untuck the comforter
4. Resonable parking rate and easy access to all facilitiues (light rail, food, shopping, UW etc)

Watertown Stay
Pros:

We stayed at the Watertown for more than two weeks. My wife was having surgery at UW. We received a very good medical rate. The staff was all terrific- with shout-outs to Sam, Jackie, Jason, and Ava. The room was spacious, full of light, and the bedding was deluxe. There is very good proximity to great walking trails, the UW campus, diverse restaurants, and Trader Joe's is only two blocks away.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

We stayed at Watertown, University District location while visiting University of Washington. We had a great experience. The double room was a nice size. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The free refillable water bottle was a nice touch. The staff was great and accommodating. The only negative is that the shower pressure was not the best. Definitely with walking distance of many restaurants and the University if you are okay with a slight incline.
