Excellent location
The charm of the property was magical. The grounds were kept tidy and the amount of greenery was inspirational.
The lack of window screens and the fact that the windows had to be open to receive fresh air was an unwelcome surprise. The 3am party was also not ideal. I’m sure on a non-party night it would be fine. The mattress is also firm, like a rock. Which isn’t to everyone’s taste.
Notre séjour était convenable, mais sans coup de coeur. Le personnel est manifestement animé par une envie de bien faire qui manque d’éducation. Les petits travaux effectués dans l’hôtel dénotent un travail à la va-vite. Pour vous y convaincre, regarder les moquettes (neuves) installées avec un petit biais, ou les installations de radiateur avec une baguette électrique qui court sur le mur, ou encore les carreaux de faïence de la salle de bain qui ne sont pas alignés…
Le site internet du château laisse entendre 3 restaurants, il s’agit en fait du même avec option “buffet” ou option “gastronomique”. La restauration était elle aussi convenable, pas de grande gastronomie, un service passable, mais pas l’élégance attendue dans un 4*.
Les espaces bien être étaient quand à eux très convenables, la encore rien de grandiose, mais il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas y trouver son compte.
Un bel établissement avec des infrastructures agréables pour une famille. Par contre les repas ne sont vraiment pas au niveau et le prix ne reflète pas ce que nous nous proposons. Le soir 40€ pour un buffet qui propose des pâtes c’est franchement limite
Amazing hotel and grounds.
It was in a fantastic location and had its own unique charm and fun inside. I am really pleased with the service and glad I chose this unique hotel.
The chateau was a perfect chilled relaxing retreat but still within commutable distance to Paris centre and ideally within 30 mins via taxi from CDG airport.
The surroundings and atmosphere within the hotel were perfect
We will be returning! Highly recommend!
