I expect a refund , where can I email my check out paper work

There was human poop, I large size pile dryer up in the carpet, I pack my bags and left after I got out of the shower and saw the poop in the carpet. I checked out after 3 hrs. I was told to dispute it at the front desk and they would approve the refund,I can email the pictures and the copy of my check out

Pros:

Nothing. This place is a local crash pad for families and people on another plain if you get my drift

Cons:

Room was disgusting. Bathroom floors were gross and sticky, toilet had a black ring around it, everything was sticky, room smelled. We left, I just took the financial hit and went somewhere else, that’s how bad it was. Absolutely not a family friendly place. This is a drug den. When we left we walked past someone rubbing his face against the wall. Steer clear

Cons:

The fact that rooms were not clean. The first room I had was dusty and had food on the floor. Once moved, I found beer bottles in the second room. The entire place needs to be seriously updated. They also don’t have an elevator and you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. Outside exit doors are not secure so anyone from the public can walk in without a problem, not safe.

Would never stay there again
Pros:

The room was clean but had a horrible smell from the disinfectant spray that gave us all headaches and there were people sleeping in their car parked next to us. I think part of the hotel was a 1/2 way house

Cons:

The smell and the homeless people and drug addicts that were hanging around the hotel

It was clean and smelled good. Nice beds.

Cons:

Staff Smoking near entrance and shouldn't have been taking the type of break they did in that place. Only 3 tissues in the box. Outlets near beds didn't work. It didn't feel secure.

Pros:

The ease of getting the shuttle to and from the property.

Cons:

Grubby. Bar taken over by private party and no restaurant as stated in the summary. No help finding local restaurants. Blurry ancient TV with hardly any channels. Breakfast basically just bread. Disgusted. What an awful stay.

Reliable and great value. I will continue to stay there when in Albany.
Pros:

check in/out is very easy; the inn is very close to the airport; breakfast is pretty good; the pool area is nice; the gym could use a little help, but it is adequate. I've stayed there many times: I notice each time that there are improvements.

Cons:

I wish there were a restaurant/coffee shop/bar on premises.
