Very disappointed and should have asked for a refund

Bed sheets were stained and had a sorts of hair in the bed sheets. The hall smelled like smoke and marijuana. We left Saturday in the middle of night to go to another hotel cause so loud kids running up and down the halls pounding on doors and pulling fire alarms.
