Avani Ibn Battuta Dubai Hotel

Very nice stay. We particularly appreciated the service in the restaurant, especially from Nayla who was incredibly kind and efficient with us.

The atmosphere is great. Noemie our hostess was amazing and so friendly. Life guard on duty was bit unnecessary. No Running and diving is understandable but kids splashing is normal so there is no need to blow the whistle at them all the time.

We went to dubai and stayed in hotel for 4 nights as family and in two rooms. Very good experience, i would love come back again.

We had a great time and New year to spend here at Avani hotel thank you also for the breakfast the croissants hot chocolate are difinetly great combination and all are foods are great taste thanks to neomi and Lizly for the great time to assit us highly recommended

Room was good , but service was very slow and poor , if you need anything you have to wait like half hour to get a spoon

The Food is excellent, but I want to emphasize on the service, The hostess in the breakfast room was absolutely wonderful. Her name is Naila if I remember well, She greeted everyone with a warm, genuine smile,
And added a lovely touch to the start of the day.

This stay was extremely disappointing.

Every single morning we were woken up early by loud construction noises. Drilling, hammering, and constant renovation sounds were coming from the room right next to ours. It turns out the hotel is doing renovations, but no one informed us before check in. Not at booking, not at arrival, not at any point.

Sleep is the most basic expectation from a hotel, and this hotel failed at that completely. Being woken up day after day by construction noise is unacceptable, especially when guests are kept in the dark.

If we had been told in advance, we would have never booked this place. The lack of transparency and consideration for guests is frustrating. I would not recommend staying here unless you are fine with being woken up early every morning by renovation work.

We had a wonderful stay! The service here is truly top-notch. Paaro gave us a lovely welcome and made the check-in process seamless. Aygul was also fantastic during our checkout, ensuring everything was handled perfectly. A special shout-out goes to Husnain, who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Hotel position are good, staff are good but some people give not a good felling. Room cleaner people must to remember every day to put all you need in the room, sometime they forget towel, bathroom staff.

We had a wonderful dine in experience at the pool bar in Avani. A special thank you to Jerry and Austin for their excellent service. They were attentive, professional, and handled everything with great care, making us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The service really added to our enjoyment of the meal. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again.

It was great and lovely night with all the friends and colleagues in the bar last night.
Jerry and Austin are best in there job which made our experience more great .

Had a great outing with colleagues at the pool bar. We enjoyed the relaxing vibe, good drinks, and overall service. Austin and Jerry were amazing—very polite, attentive, and professional. They truly made our time memorable. Would love to visit again.

It smells like mold in the bathroom and the customer service was horrible - absolutely nothing what I would have expected in Dubai.

The stay always good in this hotel , Lizzly and Naomi is good in costumer service. The breakfast has always have many choices.

We were returning guests due to the wonderful experience we had earlier in the year.
The hospitality was again of a high level and special thanks to Bhagya (Reception) and Sinto who touched our hearts due to their helpfulness.
Again, we had requested Jain items (without Garlic and Onions - Sattvic) for our included Breakfast (possibly one such item daily as standard) which the Restaurant Team made efforts to satisfy and appreciated by us.
We trust the next time we come this positive step continues with variety. We would also like to suggest better stocking of bakery items and encouraging supply of eggless cakes as possible improvements.
The room with pool view was comfortable with pleasant décor. However, please note that there is Latino Event each Saturday night which is noisy.
Good location for us next to the Ibn Battuta Metro and Bus Stations and the large Mall.
Overall, another enjoyable, relaxing and pleasant stay with the usual friendly service and hospitality which we would recommend to others.

Excellent hotel and staff. Rooms were very clean and breakfast was excellent. The pool was excellent, clean and well taken care of.

Very nice but short stay. Was very well advised by the staff. The room was clean and well equipped. Air con was a little cold but otherwise very enjoyable stay
