I can see why this place was only $99
Pros:

The location of this hotel was perfect next to plenty of food and shopping options!

Cons:

This is an older building that needs lots of maintenance. I felt like I was at an office suite instead of being in a hotel. Once there there was trash under our bed and the toilet paper was not refilled, luckily we brought our own. The rooms are small and there were two chairs in my room that were in terrible shape.

It kept the rain off our heads.
Cons:

The facility was poorly maintained , toilet seat was loose, shower knob was rigged, bathroom fan was very noisy, not usable, and the chair in the room was so bad that we had to get towels to cover it. It's a shame that the look like it was recently renovated and they leave a chair in the room that looked like it was trash picked.
