Pros:

Loved the location and the host was really nice. Very peaceful and quiet area near the vegetable gardens and an easy cycle to either the beach or the old town

1 nơi lý tưởng cho kỳ nghỉ của bạn nếu ai muốn tìm 1 vị trí yên bình, ko ồn ào náo nhiệt, và ko quá xa trung tâm, có xe đạp miễn phí. Phòng sạch sẽ, ban công rộng, view thoáng nhìn bao quát xung quanh ra cánh đồng.

Für eine Nacht ok
Cons:

Kein Ansprechpartner, wenn man jemanden gebraucht hat.
Zum Frühstück gab es ein Getränk. Wenn man mehr wollte musste man zahlen. Also entweder Kaffee oder Saft/Wasser.
Die Bilder vom Hotel entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit. Reisfelder waren nicht zu sehen.
Für eine Nacht, um Hoi An zu erkunden ok. Mehr aber auch nicht.

Pros:

Hele lieve eigenaresse, die overal in meedacht en goed bereikbaar was. Gratis fietsenverhuur. Locatie perfect tussen oude centrum en strand in. Schone kamer en goede laundry. Goed bed (niet zo hard als de rest in Vietnam).

A great homestay made better by a wonderful host :)
Pros:

The host is so lovely! She answered all of our questions, organised a motorbike for us and woke up at 3am to say goodbye to us when we left. The room itself was really nice. It had a great view, big bathroom and shower, and comfy beds. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Pros:

The hosts was the sweetest people! We extended our stay twice as we loved the city and enjoyed the accommodation. The location was right between the beach and the city centre and they have bicycles that you can use for free to cycle there.

Cheap and cheerful in a quiet, friendly neighborhood
Pros:

The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. The location is on a suburban street which gave us a good glimpse into life on the outskirts of Hoi An, which we absolutely loved and would come back for. Free bikes, (including seats for kids) and a short bike ride to lots of good cafes - also only 10 mins drive to the beach and old town. Pool water is nice and cool!

Cons:

This is a cheap and cheerful guesthouse, which means simple accommodation (including cold showers - in our experience anyway) but perfectly suitable for the budget conscious and the pro's outweigh the con"s.

De moeite waard om daar te verblijven!!
Pros:

Rustige ligging buiten de stad maar met taxi/Grab heel makkelijk bereikbaar. Ook strand is heel dichtbij.
