This place is very conveniently located and the staff is extremely nice. If you’re visiting Kolkata and looking for a comfortable, sound-proof, well kept and modern hotel (without making a dent in your wallet) I strongly recommend this place.

Have been staying at the Hyatt for quite a few years now - a very convenient place to be going any which way in Kolkata - services, staff, and ambience is excellent and makes one quite comfortable and safe. However, some things need improving to retain 5-star status - furniture very dated and torn, bathroom fixtures need a polish, closet and drawers are almost unpliable or even broken.
