Breakfast was good but due to full occupancy there was waiting period at Vista.
Next day Madam Priyanka was kind enough with extra care to feel us happy.

Poor service and poor customer focus of restaurant staff - I found them to be unfocused, not looking at the customers, and not giving room/ 1st opportunity to walk around narrow areas. On many occasions, the restaurant staff bumped into me and almost dropped food onto me. I found them not customer-focused, not realizing that customers are walking around and carrying food. I noticed this on all 4 days.
This was a repeat stay.. its a lovely property.. great views.. overall great hospitality
Only thing is we waited in queue standing for 45 mins to get a breakfast table. We expect better.. to have alternative locations ready when the hotel is running full.

Only one room for specially abled, was not available for us due to extended stay by previous guests. No wheelchair assistant to help while checking out, delay for luggage collection due to weekend rush/fully booked rooms. Some food items like tea e.g. overly priced nearly 1000 Rs.
Location and service staff
Systems of booking, room allotment, luggage delivery are very poor. Entire restaurants are booked for weddings or functions and hotel guests can be denied access to these. It’s run like a wedding hall- three star management style with five star pricing. Completely not worth it.
Great views
Very very expensive for services rendered. Outdoor pool is a bit unclean.
Professional and courteous staff. Its an old property ;bathrooms are a bit outdated. Room has bare minimum amanitas. Overhaul a very good experience never the less
Phone reservation staff need to be more attuned to customer needs and not take customers for granted. This was pointed out in a written complaint to the hotel management.
As the day before arrival ,reservations tried to shuttle us to a different hotel claiming some rooms were under maintenance; and this without even asking us if we were aggregable e to this.
