Pros - Excellent Hotel, my Hotel of Choice almost every year i visit Mumbai for work and leisure. Great location and amazingly attentive staff and services. Clean and spacious rooms.

**Cons:**
My stay from February 4th to 7th, 2026 was heavily impacted by multiple weddings at the hotel. The elevators and lobby were constantly overcrowded, making even basic movement inconvenient.

The outdoor DJ noise was unacceptable—despite being on the 23rd floor, it was loud enough to disturb sleep, with vibrations so strong that the room lights fluctuated to the beat. This is simply not acceptable for a 5-star property.

Worse, a suite across from the elevators on the 23rd floor turned into an after-party venue, with loud music continuing late into the night. The entire floor reeked of marijuana, creating an unpleasant and inappropriate environment.

Complaints to the front desk were met with no meaningful action, which was disappointing.

Breakfast was equally chaotic due to wedding crowds. The hotel should have segregated arrangements for large groups instead of compromising the experience of other paying guests.

Overall, the hotel failed to maintain basic standards of comfort, control, and guest experience expected from a luxury property.

A lovely stay at Taj. Outstanding Hospitality, Great food, Beautiful views. A+ for the property and an outstanding A++ for the Team and hospitality. Special thanks to Mari and Ashok who made our stay more wholesome and memorable.

Our experience at the Taj Lands End was exceptional. The daily live music, the quality of the service, the food, the ambience, the attention to the finest details... I couldn't find a single area where improvement was called for. Thank you for a fantastic experience, with a special thank you to Balaj, who made us feel like kings and queens right from the get-go. Thank you for exceeding all of our expectations.

Was to check in on sunday… reached past 2pm… hotel was a mess and no one to advise on check in and was just left to wait and then finally came to the reception to ensure i get priority and paid a deposit and then i am i formed by nikita that i am ‘upgraded to a sea link view’ to which i git super upset as the infinity sea view is what i had booked! When i asked her why she would mislead me and be over-smart about an upgrade she decides to not respond at all! I meet some other lady who pretends to help and i am telling her i need to leave and take my daughter for lunch and she offers me tea in the lounge! I express urgency and i am given d sea link view for the interim and then i am informed i have to wait 15-20 mins for luggage to come and thus is when i have told the second lady that i wanna freshen up and rush for lunch. All in all AN AWFUL MOST UNLIKE TAJ EXPERIENCE! WASNT EVEN OFFERED WATER TILL I ASKED FOR IT! Real crap service and appalling staff behaviour

An amazing hotel. The room I stayed had only one flaw that was the was basin and the mirror was not placed right

I had a deep nourishing pedicure during my stay at the hotel and I would just like to say Sandeep looked after me very well and he did an amazing job with my pedicure. He was so attentive, courteous and takes great pride in his service to his clients.

I would highly recommend Sandeep anytime :)

Had a truly wonderful experience at Taj Lands End. The stunning sea views, elegant ambiance, and warm hospitality made every moment special. The attention to detail and impeccable service really stand out—looking forward to visiting again soon.

Mr. Ravi Ranjan made us feel extremely special with his gesture and was very courteous. He really took care of us.
The tandoori murg and awadhi biryani by Chef Sartaj was simply top notch

Stayed at Taj Lands End with my family and had a wonderful and comfortable experience. We travelled with our two daughters, including our 8-month-old baby, and the hotel was extremely toddler-friendly. The staff was very responsive and took great care of our needs, including special food arrangements for the kids.
Special thanks to Dadibal from housekeeping for always being prompt and keeping our room perfectly clean whenever required.
Overall, a great family stay with excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for families travelling with kids. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We ate at Min Yang. The atmosphere and ambience was really enjoyable. Shyam and Likuvu's service made our experience categorically better. The food was incredible too, especially the chicken dumplings and jasmine rice. the noise level wasn't too bad and the music was suitable. overall I spent a nice 19th birthday dinner here. I was here for my 17th as well and was more than happy to come back.

We had a great experience at Taj Club Lounge at Lands End. Excellent service from the team including Abhishek, Devesh, Rajiv, Basil under the stewardship of Aneesh. Chef Rupesh too is very good and took care of our preferences.
