Please note that for security purpose all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof (Voter's ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a pan card copy during check out.

We are currently upgrading our Spa & Gym facilities. Work will commence from 17th August 2022 till further notice. In the interim, the Spa & Gym facilities will be shifted to an alternate location and will be operational as per below timings: Jiva Spa – 8 AMto 9 PM/ Gym – 6 AMto 10 PM.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities (pool, gym, spa). The staff are extremely kind and professional. The selection and quality of the food are quite impressive. Well sized rooms. Every detail was perfect. Could not have asked for a better stay.

Pros:

On our checkout day, we were not catching a flight until later that evening. Hotel stored our bags and allowed us use of the pool and spa rooms for the rest of the day at no charge. Staff were extremely helpful during our stay.
