Taj Lands End

A wonderful anniversary at The Taj, Land's End. The rooms, the food and the ambience was superb. Our memories were enhanced thanks to Marie, Siddesh (Front office), Archana (Housekeeping), Ram ( Room attendant), Cyrano & Pushpa (Butlers).

We always stay at the Taj Landsend when we come from Singapore.
We are always served by Rajiv & Devesh & they both provide us with the highest standards of service. They always go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Bring restauranteurs ourselves, we are extremely impressed either their service standards.

We had a wonderful experience, the food was great and reminded me of when I used to live in China as a kid!!! I want to thank the very kind people who served me: MeriBeni, Jitendra, Likuuu and Shyam. I had a very nice stay and a great dinner. Thanks so much, most definitely recommend and will most definitely come back!!

Excellent and comfortable stay. It was different from my previous stay.
Overall the room, the view,t the bed was very comfortable.
Location was very close to shopping and dinning with couple of miles walking in a very good terrain outside the hotel.

Courteous staff, friendly. Fastest checkin I have ever experienced. Very well managed our daughter’s birthday celebration with room decoration and cake.

Truly amazing staycation for me and my family from welcome to goodbye. Every request was taken care of. They went out of their way when in middle of the night my daughter had high fever, medicines were arranged in no time. Truly made our stay special. Came for dinner with my family at Min Yang and had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent and the service was truly outstanding. A special thanks to Asawari, Ganesh, and Romit for taking such great care of us—they were fantastic and made our evening even more enjoyable.

We came here to celebrate my aunt’s 75th birthday here and it was a wonderful experience. We came for dinner at Ming Yang and we pleasantly surprised. The food was great however the service was excellent. Ganesh, Romit and Asawari served us really well. Asawari was so sweet to my little girls. We had a wonderful time.

I recently stayed at Taj Lands End for a day with my wife and our 1-year-old son, and the experience was truly wonderful. From check-in to check-out, the hospitality was exceptional.
The hotel staff kindly upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture, which made our stay even more special. They were also very thoughtful toward our baby and arranged complimentary meals for him.
We loved everything about the property — the ambiance, service, and overall warmth of the staff. What touched us the most was that at the time of checkout they even gave a small gift for our son, which was a very sweet gesture.
Overall, it was a memorable stay for our family. Definitely one of the best Taj properties in Mumbai, and we would love to visit again.

Stayed a couple of days in February 2026 as we wanted to explore Bandra after staying a few days at the Taj Mahal Palace in Mumbai. Generally a good experience especially from Front Desk Palash who was very attentive to our needs. Rooms could use a little renovation already but generally still okay. We had a great view of the Bandra-Worli Sealink!

I highly recommend booking the Taj Club Rooms as these are the newer rooms of the property and any other room below this level seems to feel a little more dated and definitely in need of renovation.

Generally good service from the teams with special mention to the Housekeeping Team - Marie, Ankita, Sumit and Baksar.

While I appreciate the amenities and the room quality, when we came in on March 1st, the room fridge had mould!!! There was a lot of dust which we then got cleaned again.

The service manager was shocked and got it cleaned. My mother is a hospitality teacher and had to keep following up. The other room I was assigned on the 12th had a fallen curtain rod. It was rather strange that both the rooms had these issues

The service team changed the room. After which the fridge didn’t work. Then the next two days went well - the last day, Cyrus from the baggage pickup was extremely rude to my senior citizen parents.

It took 55 mins to get the bags from the 16th floor to the reception!!! And then lastly till now I am following up with your team about my GST Invoice which has not yet been given!!!

I recently stayed at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, and the experience was truly wonderful. The hospitality and warmth of the staff made our stay feel like a home away from home.
The front office team was excellent and made the entire check in and stay very smooth. A special mention to Floor Manager Raj, who kept checking on us during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. His attention and care truly made a difference.
I would also like to sincerely Thank the Housekeeping team Marie, Rajkumar, Brinell, and Sebastian for taking such great care of our room. Their service was warm, professional, and very attentive.They were always smiling and ready to help which really reflects the high standards of Taj hospitality.
A special thanks to Sebastian who was extremely kind and thoughtful in arranging a wheelchair for my mother which made things much easier for us. That gesture meant a lot to our family.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience with genuine Taj hospitality. I would definitely recommend Taj Lands End to anyone visiting Mumbai and look forward to returning again soon.
