Beautiful resort and staff terrible small room.
Pros:

Beautiful Pool breakfast and staff

Cons:

Our garden view room was very small. The bed was good and comfortable but it did not have anywhere to hang towels. There was nowhere to put your luggage. There was not a buffet. The only table we had was the top of a small fridge and the two bedside tables very we were extremely disappointed with the room.

Het hotel zet de prioriteiten van hun klanten op één
Pros:

Het zwembad en het park van het hotel waren echt heel leuk ingericht. Het is net alsof je in een rustgevende resort terechtkomt. Daarnaast was het eten echt heel vers en lekker.

Cons:

Wellicht zouden ze mensen kunnen informeren hoe je van de poort van het eiland naar het hotel kunnen gaan (al vooral met koffers)

Very friendly staff, Hotel Lumi looks great (way more than we expected), Cottage room has enough space for luggage, best sunset view place

Cons:

The transport to hotel/ferry is only via Cidomo (horse transport) available, sometimes not nicely treated horse! Wishing hotel would have alternative (electric vehicle) for pick-up! Hotel should be against horse taxi. Not good for animal and not good for hotel image.

Pros:

Que dire sur l’endroit, juste incroyable! Nous avions également à disposition un vélo afin de découvrir l’île! Notre logement était magnifique et très propre !

Cons:

Nous avions droit à le mini bar dans notre cottage bungalow, cependant nous étions déçu de voir qu’il s’agit uniquement de 2 cannettes.

Todo! El hotel y el personal son increíbles! La piscina es sensacional. El sunset en la parte de la playa es el mejor! Sin duda si volvemos a GiliT volveremos seguro!

The size of the room is extremly small,no propriate furniture to hang on the clothes,shelves are fixed on the very inconvinient level-almost on the floor.Actually,luxury outside doesnot correspond the interior of the hotel rooms-very primitive.
