Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, lamp shades were very dusty and the bathroom basin tap was very loose as well as the water pressure in the shower was not great and also ran out of the bathroom into the main walk way as you enter room.

Pros:

There is nothing to like about this property owing to the health and safety risks.

Cons:

Do not stay here if you care for your health and safety. Room contained broken doors, graffiti, cigarette stained furnishings and a pungent odor of stale cigarettes which caused immediate headaches. No quilts, pillows the thickness of a wafer and carpets stained. Not normally one to write a review, but when adjoining rooms appear to be utilized for (think red light district) and unknown people are wandering around outside for most of the night, this is not a property to put on your list. The only remedy was to leave the property and seek a full refund - which was appropriately provided by reception.

Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, with some room for improvement.

Shouldn’t be on booking.com and if it is it should be half a star so your valued customers are fully aware of what there
Pros:

Wasn’t much to like. Price and star rating is horribly incorrect. This needs to be reviewed immediately. I booked based on its star rating and its barely a half a star at best.
Extremely old, out dated, dirty, highly priced in comparison to the quality.

Rotten, warmer than my car. I’d never recommend this vile filthy place. The health department.

The place was absolutely filthy. I only stayed here because it was extremely convenient and within the price range I could afford. I would not have stayed here if my wife had of been with me. No way. It’s not a nice place for a woman. Absolutely filthy. Filthy finger prints all over the inside of the door. The mould inside the shower was absolutely festering. They wouldn’t even know what a bottle of domestic was! I personally think they ought to be reported to the health department. The carpets stank, smelt filthy. Stained. And the beds, vile. Uncomfortable and old, lumpy! The tragedy of this place, was the first two nights I stayed there there was no heating, I complained. They did nothing. I was so tired I couldn’t be bothered arguing with these lazy staff. My wife complained. They said there were no complaints. I complained alright and they would have known. The next night, I accidentally booked this place again as they advertise two very different ads. I thought it was a different place. I turned up and exactly the same issues were in the second room I booked. Feasting mould and slime on the shower floor, filthy finger marks all over a dirt ridden door, revolting stench of old men’s cigarettes and God knows what else. My advise, Booking.com should NOT be advertising for these absolutely filthy people. Disgraceful.
