Pros:

They were accommodating in the way of rooming me in there emergency room after messing up the dates required.
And im greatful for that

Pros:

It was well suited to our event and where we were going.

Cons:

The room was in poor condition and the room was borderline filthy.
Condom wrapper behind the bed, copious amounts mould in the bathroom, dusty. Cables hanging out of the wall. And the rocking toilet. The taps in the shower were also the wrong way around and difficult to set.

No hot water...who wants a cold shower?
Pros:

We didn't stay....we got there and they didn't have any hot water for showers. Plumbers had been working all day and couldn't find the problem. I said you can't charge people full rates when they can't have a shower. She gave me a refund.
Also my granddaughter looked at reviews and they were pretty gross.
Went a few km up the road and stayed at Nightcap at Waltzing Matilda which was fabulous

1st room 18 smelt like wet dog, floor was filthy, was given rm19, not much better, old and dirty, tv won't work, call desk he came like nothing wrong, holes in wall with cable hanging out. Couldn't sleep due to condition of property. I looked on Bookings. Com for a number to lodge complaint, nothing. I booked this property due to close proximity to last minute appointment. Carpet was dirty, used thongs to walk around. Unable to sleep due to condition of I left at 6am and sat in car for 3hrs. A refund would be nice and not any bullshit, this property should be advoided and rated a below budget.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, lamp shades were very dusty and the bathroom basin tap was very loose as well as the water pressure in the shower was not great and also ran out of the bathroom into the main walk way as you enter room.
