Very friendly staff and always willing to help. The ambience is amazing and the room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were priced reasonably and we thoroughly enjoyed the live music. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and access to spa facilities such as the jacuzzi, hot-tub, sauna and steam room. The hotel grounds is breath taking and being able to access the Glen of the Downs trail route right from the hotel was great.
There was no hot water on the evening of the day we checked in so we couldn't have a shower. This was fixed the next morning.
We liked everything,, we had a perfect time there. We can not wait to go 9.
