It was quiet and in a good. But it was chilly during our stay

Our room was an upgrade and was in a good location. Of course, anywhere on the island would have been great.

Cons:

We arrived early before the 4 o'clock check in time. So we drove around the island for a while. Our room was not ready until after 5. We understand they are short on help. On a good note, we were upgraded to a larger room that was ready.

A few glitches, but overall a pleasant stay.
Pros:

We were given a room that was less than 20 feet from our door, which was nice. It was quiet day and night. The property was fewer than 3 miles from the center of activities. Plenty of pillows. Nice shutters on the windows afforded privacy. The staff members were very nice. Full breakfast was delicious and attendants very nice.

Cons:

Several things need attention in the room. The exhaust vent in the bathroom is clogged and needs cleaning. The coffee maker needs to be replaced. A wall sconce bulb was not working, contributing to the darkness in of the room.

First time here and would go back for dure.
Pros:

Room was clean and big, nice location and decent breakfast. Would stay here again. People at the front desk were great.

We had a very enjoyable stay and will be back again.
Pros:

The location right across the street from the beach is great. I appreciated the two room suites that make it much more accommodating for a family. I loved the fact we had ceiling fans in our bedrooms. The pool area is beautiful. The bike rentals available. Pretty good breakfast options. Front desk lady who was very helpful and kind.

Cons:

The musty smell in the room. The fact that you have to worry about setting off the fire alarm so easily. The bikes came with small bags instead of baskets to really carry anything…and the bad were so dirty we didn’t want to use them anyway. The lady at breakfast who completely ignored me…after making eye contact with me when I was trying to get her attention because the revolving toaster was stuck and I wasn’t sure how to get the bagels out.
