Una chicca nel cuore di Firenze
Pros:

La camera spaziosa, arredata con gusto, pulita, set di cortesia con ottimi prodotti in bagno. Bollitore con tè e caffè, frigobar.
Colazione varia, abbondante e curata.
La cortesia dello staff poi fa la differenza: tutti disponibili e cortesi, dalle receptionist al portiere di notte, alla cameriera della colazione.
Posizione ottima.

Florencia un destino que quiero repetir
Pros:

Hermoso hotel, su decoración y ubicación divinas ! Había pastelitos sin costo 24/7 muy cerca de la estación del tren . No había cargos ocultos y nos cobraron al final.
