Good place

Breakfast was standard. Room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning did not keep up smelled musty. Staff did assist with any special requests.

Clean room, staff was nice. Coffee machine was not working in the breakfast area, and no other way they would provide coffee

Over all very nice stay. Three negatives that didn't impact our stay too much....but need addressing.....
1. Shower head was old with buildup. 20 dollar fix...it needs replacing. And there was no water pressure. The sink, on the other hand, had great pressure. Weird.
2. In the bathroom...the wallpaper was coming off which looks bad.
3. Hair dryer outside plastic broken, showing inner metal. Probably not too safe. Again, they are about 20 bucks....replace it asap. Room 222.

I'd absolutely stay again.

Very quiet and clean

Hotel is conivently located. Cleaning could use a little more attention.

Although there were obvious areas of deep cleaning (such as the bathroom tub, around the sofa and walls), it was clean enough to stay in. The room chair was hard to move around and could have been updated and the sofa bed mattress was really disgusting and uncomfortable to sleep on.

Easy access to the freeway (there was construction at the time, but nothing too horrid for Michigan). Great staff, they were very friendly and also able to accommodate a late checkout. Comfy bed and clean room/bathroom.
Would not recommend breakfast unless you absolutely have to. Overall, a lovely stay!

Our room smelled of mildew, missing light fixture covers & had a broken toilet seat cover. Thankfully we were only here to sleep. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

When I made the reservation at this hotel, I was looking for a place to stay with my pet. My reservation said it was with a dog, but when we arrived, they didn't allow pets. I need my money back because I had to pay for the night at another hotel.

Clean room but old, damaged furniture. No USB connections available (outdated). Not many bathroom amenities. Breakfast was less than great.

Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. I believe the place would greatly benefit from some upgrading to make it more comfortable and welcoming. I also noticed that the smell of disinfectant was quite strong and seemed to combine with an unhygienic odor. Improving ventilation and overall cleanliness would help create a fresher and more pleasant environment

We checked into room 216 at night. The following morning we discovered that a previous guest had puked in the NE corner of the room. There was dried puke stain on the wall and a dried pile of puke on the carpet behind the side table by the sofa. The room service apparently overlooked this during room cleaning and they rented this room in these conditions. Hotel management came up to room and took a picture upon complaint. We asked for a comp. No refund or future credit given even after later complaints. Travelers beware! A stay there can be very disgusting.
