Not much good to stay.

Cons:

The property was extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and unacceptable in terms of cleanliness. Our room was dirty and showed significant signs of neglect throughout.

The shower floor had visible dirt and stains, the couch had stitching coming apart, and the upholstery on the chairs was so damaged that it looked as though a cat had been using them as scratching posts. The walls were dirty, the refrigerator had dents all over the exterior, the furniture had chipped and peeling paint, and the lampshade was covered in stains.

The most disturbing issue was the pullout sofa mattress, where my six-year-old daughter was supposed to sleep. It had a disgusting, visible bloodstain on it. This was completely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that is supposed to maintain basic cleanliness and sanitation standards.

Given the condition of the room, I requested a refund so that my family could relocate to a cleaner, more suitable hotel. Unfortunately, my request was denied.

I am extremely disappointed with both the condition of this property and the lack of customer service. The room was nowhere near the standard we expected, and I do not believe guests should be expected to pay for accommodations in this condition. I would not recommend this property, particularly to families traveling with children.

It’s location, cleanliness and staff

Cons:

The only thing that made my feedback negative is their air conditioning sound noise. It’s so loud and makes yup wakeup during the night. I did complaint about it and ac technician also came to check and said it’s normal. But the noise it generate was terrible and doesn’t let you sleep comfortably

Clean, spacious, convenient and comfy. Best value for the area!
Pros:

The staff is very pleasant and friendly. The day the pool closed for cleaning, we were offered to use the pool at the next Marriot hotel. The facility is well maintained and clean. Breakfast room was clean, spacious, and had everything we wanted—especially the hot waffles with strawberries syrup. The room had the convenience of home with a full kitchen. Location was walkable to many restaurants.

Cons:

Water in the bathtub was slow to drain.

Hermoso lugar para alojarse en familia
Pros:

Las habitaciones extremadamente amplias, con todas las comodidadees de un apartamento monoambiente (tenia heladera, microondas, sofas, mesas de trabajo, desayunador. Las habitaciones muy limpias, camas amplias y comodas. Esta en un lugar muy tranquilo en una zona mixta (residencial y shopping de una sola planta).

Never staying here again!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The staff were the best part of the hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the room was far from acceptable. I understand a lot of people live there on a monthly basis which could be why the rooms aren’t kept up on a daily but I was very disappointed and disgusted by the room. There were roaches in the first room we were given and the second room, my daughter broke out in hives from the bedding and then again when sitting on the sofa. Not a good experience at all.

This place is GARBAGE
Pros:

The place was dirty like hell and as per complaints no one was listening

Cons:

Manager promise me that they will credit me as fridge was not working and there was so much garbage behind fridge and once they repair the fridge while i was gone and came back to room it was flooded with water i was there for 5-6 night with my Famlayies l and friends we booked more than 12 rooms for a week and every one was very upset and would never be back to this place
