Room was clean however the smoke smelll all through the halls and entering other rooms made it really unpleasant

It had everything for our perfect little trip.
Pros:

Everything was great. The rooms were very comfortable, the fitness center small but nice and the pool area was maintained.

Cons:

The only thing that could’ve made it better was if all the elevators were in service. We’d have to wait long for the elevator every time we were going anywhere.

Pros:

Staff was nice and lobby was clean and bed was comfortable

Cons:

I called to verify hot tub and pool were open and when arriving was closed for maintenance sent us over to other hotel which the hot tub didnt get hot was colder than pool and they had a party at pool with drinking and smoking
Also the halls of hotel had a very strong oder room was decent shower walls were dirty there was no juice machine at breakfast just small container thing no straws food was a little cold

We had made a booking thru Expedia, when we arrived the hotel simply told us that THEY overbooked THEIR hotel hence there was no room available anymore for my colleagues and I, neither several others guests. Neither the staff nor the manager did provide any other comment or support or solution, absolutely nothing. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone under any circumstances. Their attitude is unacceptable regardless of the reason of the overbooking. Never again.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. The Room AC was not working but they gave me a temporary AC machine on wheels initially noisy. The room was humid but at the end it was not so hot outside and the AC at minimum level would work. At least a discount for the issue would have been great ! But still all was good. Personnel was nice and kind

Pros:

Upon arrival I was notified that the hotel was completely booked and they did not have a room available despite reserving a room - and a confirmation - a week prior. Further more the Front Desk staff and manager were horribly rude and unhelpful. They refused to answer the phone when my colleague was trying to call and help. On top of leaving me stranded and not helping me find other accommodations and THEY STILL CHARGED ME FOR A TWO NIGHT STAY. A pathetic excuse of hospitality. I travel internationally every single week and this has never happened to me before, by far the worst hotel - globally.

Incredible stay

Don't stay in this hotel. Take a little bit more money and book an other hotel.

We were not at all satisfied with our stay at this hotel.
On the first night, it started with some exhaust fan from the kitchen (we had a room directly above the kitchen) humming so loudly that we could hardly sleep.
On top of that, unpleasant food smells were permeating our room.
The next day I went to reception to ask for another, quieter room.
I was told that there was nothing available at the moment and that I would like to come back around 3.00 pm.
Then we went to the breakfast area which was already overcrowded at 8.00 AM and then had to sit down at a dirty table. The lady who always refilled the food was very friendly but couldn't cope with the rush of guests.

When we returned to the hotel reception around 5pm, we were given a room on the other side of the hotel facing the pool. After viewing it, we packed our things and moved into this room.
Unfortunately, there were problems here, too.
Late in the evening, we noticed heavy cigarette smoke coming from the ventilation shaft in the bathroom above the bathtub. Apparently a guest had been smoking in the bathroom in one of the lower rooms. After this cigarette smell had stopped, another unpleasant odor came from the same shaft. Apparently this guest then also lit a joint.
As I had adhesive tape with me, I covered the ventilation grille with a plastic bag.

The next morning, when we finally arrived in the breakfast area after a long wait in front of the only elevator in this hotel, there were no plates, hardly any cutlery, there were no waffles, no fruit and various other things that had been available the day before were also missing.
Then we ate our breakfast (bagels, toast, etc.) from a cereal bowls. The tables were dirty again.

We had actually planned to relax by the pool on our last day before leaving to Germany.
