The room was small but comfortable. Very comfy mattress and pillows. The shower was great. The transfer from the airport to the hotel and then the back to the airport was very good.
The transfer is a courtesy service provided by the hotel, which was one of our main reasons for choosing this accommodation. As requested, we sent a message via WhatsApp once we arrived at the airport to coordinate the pickup. However, we arrived at the pickup location at 21:05, and the transfer had already left at 21:00. As a result, we had to wait until 22:00 for the next shuttle. I would have welcomed a bit more flexibility in waiting for us, especially since we had already informed the staff that we would be arriving a few minutes late.

No transfer para o aeroporto, embora tenhamos que agendar, houve super lotação. Eu e outro passageiro tivemos que ir de pé.
O hotel está bem preservado, com limpeza muito boa, e é uma boa opção para pernoitar enquanto se aguarda entre viagens no aeroporto de Guarulhos. A equipe é bem atenciosa e eficiente, e o transfer do hotel para o aeroporto funciona adequadamente. O café da manhã é padrão, mas com boas opções. A relação custo x benefício se demonstrou ser conforme anunciado no site.
O único detalhe, que não é tão importante, mas poderia ser pensado para ocasiões futuras, é o fato de não existir tomadas nas cabeceiras das camas. Desse modo dificulta carregar o celular ao lado das camas, mas nada que chegue a atrapalhar tanto.
