BARNOVI BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Whole staff is very friendly and rooms are very clean & comfy. Close to different touristic areas and it was walkable. Breakfast was also very great. Recommend a lot.

We stayed at Barnovi Boutique Hotel during our recent trip to Georgia and Armenia, and it was an excellent choice. The hotel is conveniently located near tour pick-up points, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms were comfortable, the food was enjoyable, and the level of service was exceptional. A special thanks to Nino for her outstanding hospitality. Overall, a truly 5-star experience and highly recommended.

Great hotel in a trendy area of Tbilisi close to nice restaurants and coffee shops but still walkable to the old town. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are genuine and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast options are varied, comprised of both Georgian and Continental options. I would thoroughly recommend the Barnovi especially as the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome

Huge advantage is that everything needed for a tourust is really close to the hotel. The cable cars, shops, cafés, not too far from the center of the city etc

Simple design, nice rooms, well cleaning! We only had one problem with the shower - there's no door for it which caused us to often pour it on the whole bathroom floor xD

Our stay at this hotel has truly been the highlight of our time in Georgia. Out of all the hotels we’ve visited, this one stands out as the most welcoming and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home — their kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made our experience unforgettable. Every moment here was filled with warmth and hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning on our next trip to Tbilisi. The customer service makes this hotel. Friendly, welcoming staff that go above and beyond. Mary is outstanding. She was just brilliant.
She and the team catered for my request to check in a little early due to going to a wedding with no trouble.

The location is excellent. Yes, it is up a hill but I loved the walk. Easy to gain a taxi, centrally located. The breakfast is a highlight. Plentiful and delicious and varied. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hotel location is great, walkable to Rustaveli Avenue. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel room could be improved: The bathroom had a damp smell, the curtains have come off on a few hooks so the curtains don’t block out the daylight/sunlight. Rooms look a bit dated and could do with an update.

Excellent location in the city, within walking distance to many of the city’s attractions. The building is modern and clean in appearance. There are good views of the city from many of the rooms.

This hotel is run by a very caring team of staff, from the reception to the kitchen staff, to the cleaning staff—all very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager and owner also introduced themselves, and they too were very welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the breakfasts served are excellent!

We were very disappointed with the hotel, it looked nothing like the picture, specially where the hotel is located, it is located on a hill, which makes it very hard for you to go back to by walking because you will be very tired and be out of breath.

The bathroom was extremely small, the WiFi was very very slow and barely working, we had to use our cellular data for internet.

The hotel is clean, the staff was very polite, we checked out a day early because the hotel didn’t really meet our expectation, we thought it is how it is from the pictures.

The breakfast was really average, nothing special and they told us we have to pay for coffee, it wasn’t included with the breakfast

Very cool hotel in a nice area close to everything. Excellent breakfast. Staff so friendly and competent. Easy stroll to anything interesting and plenty of good places to eat and drink nearby but very quiet also. Great value. I would use again for sure.

The staff at this Tbilisi hotel were so welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, featuring delicious Georgian specialties alongside international options. The rooms were very nice - clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the price paid. Its location was perfect.

What truly made my stay memorable, however, was the incredible hospitality of the staff. Every interaction was a pleasure. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, and they went above and beyond to answer my questions and provide helpful recommendations. The service throughout the hotel was consistently excellent. The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring my comfort.

A fantastic and cozy hotel, with the staff paying attention to every detail, toothbrushes in the bathroom and shoehorn in the closet.

Ninia at the reception was very helpful. Breakfast buffet had a goog variety of choices and the flat white coffee at our breakfast was perfect.

We were here in February, and we took a taxi from the airport in 40 minutes. The hotel itself is very beautiful, we checked in very quickly. The room has everything you need for a 4 arrivals hotel room. Excellent staff, clean rooms. Nice, cozy hotel in the city center
