Ganz tolles Ambiente! Frühstück auf einen wunderschönen Terrasse mit Blick auf Etna und sehr ausreichend !

We booked the superior room with view att Etna 13 days before arrival. When we went to the hotel there was No room for us. They sent us to a different hotel 10 minutes drive away. They made us pay the same price for a terrible room But we were desperate with No alternatives. They refuse to give us a compensation. They use this hotel to attract tourists to the area and send You to other hotels.

Try to stay away! We booked 13 days in advance by hotels.com. Att arrival there was No room for us. They booked us instead to a local hotel for the same price -a room that 50% less cost, with No view to a terrible location. We had No choise But to spend Only a night there. They refuse to give a compensation. They don’t speak english and they email in italian, although We asked 3 times.
If You want to visit, call them in advance. It is the first time that this kind of scam happens to us.
We booked the superior room with Etna view for 100€ and We got for the same price a basement room with No view.
The hotel stuff behavior was unacceptable.

Cet hôtel a du être très beau il y a quelques années. On sent qu’il a eu ses heures de gloire mais vit sur ses acquis. Plein de choses sont à revoir par exemple un bar ouvert pour prendre l’apéro en terrasse, nettoyer la piscine pleine de poussière de l’Etna etc etc

Aria condizionata non funzionante nelle camere e nel resto della struttura.

Villa Paradiso Dell’Etna is a great place for you vacation in Sicily as they have great baroque decorated rooms and an amazing breakfast terrace with an incredible view to Etna. Paradiso dell'Etna is also the perfect venue for a wedding. Loved their little corner filled with trees and ivy and classy iron tables and chairs, as well as the whole building with such elegant balconies and porch filled with stone flower pots.
Would definitely come back soon!

Hôtel qui nécessiterai un bon rafraîchissement la pisine est propre quand aux chambres la vue est exceptionnelle a part la salle de bains qui a été refaite le reste est a revoir pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Bon petit déjeuner sur la terrasse

Beau bâtiment et parc attenant. Parking facile dans le parc de l'hôtel. Accueil professionnel. Chambre un peu vieillotte, surtout la salle de bain mais ça reste très confortable et très propre. Calme grâce à un double vitrage efficace. Vue magnifique sur le volcan depuis la salle petit déjeuner. Restauration possible. Séjour agréable

I can't really speak to my experience at this hotel because I never got to stay there. So why write a review? Well, you will decide if this is helpful. The day before our one-night stay the hotel notified my wife and I they had a maintenance issue and could not receive us. They advised that they had booked us into another hotel at their expense. Well, that was okay with us. That is until we found a charge for the room at Villa Paradiso that we did not stay in! They said oh yes, we paid at the other hotel and you pay here. I explained to them that when they offered the substitute at their expense we assumed they were paying for our inconvenience.
It went rapidly downhill from there. Bottom line: We are not in the habit of paying for accommodations that did not accommodate us.

Stayed here for three nights and whilst the room was very clean it has seen much better days ( very knocked about ) bed was just ok bathroom was on the good size . But all taps were hard to work . Food in the restaurants very poor . And too far away from many restaurants . Would I stay again no !

Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, outs had a view of Etna. There are nice grounds and a pool to enjoy.

Fantastic old world charm. Loved breakfast served on the roof looking at Mt Etna. Staff are lovely. Room quirky old world. Loved it loved it. I’m gluten free and they were very accommodating. Would stay again in a heartbeat. I stayed Monday to Friday. As this hotel is geared towards weddings it may be a different experience at weekends.
My only negative is I got bit a lot by the pool area where it is very green. Management need to get the greenery sprayed. Other than that 5 stars. (You need a car too)

Loved this place. Very decadent old building. Room was beautiful with fantastic aircon. Housekeeping was great.
To eat breakfast on the rooftop looking at Mt Etna was breathtaking. I’m gluten free and they accommodated me well. Breakfast was the usual continental with also fruit and boiled eggs.
I’d go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. I loved being the only English there. The rest were french and Italian. Because there was no English there was no carry on over sun beds or any bad behaviour around the pool.
You definitely need a car staying here.I feel I really would of been unhappy without a car.
My only niggle during my stay was I kept getting bit around the pool. There’s a lot of greenery and it needs to be sprayed. No amount of insecticide spray I bought would stop the bites around the pool.
All in all a charismatic romantic hotel. I’d love to return some day.
