Pros:

O hotel em si é excepcional, a localização exatamente ao centro da cidade, o que proporciona uma vista linda. Sobre os quartos, a cama confortável, o ambiente todo higienizado e com os itens básicos necessários, inclusive, possuiam cabides no guarda-roupas. Fiz uma observação pedindo que os 2 quartos ficassem perto e fui atendida, os elevadores são muito funcionais e dificilmente estavam congestionados. O estacionamento é seguro e de fácil acesso, por fora ou por dentro do hotal. Café da manhã com opções assertivas e muito gostoso! Além de que os recepcionistas e outros prestadores de serviços foram educados, gentis e atenciosos. Foi uma ótima experiência e com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

Não gostei da banheira velha no banheiro, parece quarto de motel antigo, nada higiênico.
Os itens do café da manha demoravam um pouco para serem repostos.
Pão de queijo salgado, e apenas opção de carne para a esfirra, nao gosto de carne.
