The best - my 50th birthday and I was very happy
Pros:

Faultless - food superb, location , cleanliness, brilliant from start to end !!

All inclusive - upgraded to sea view - definite worth doing - we loved every minute.

Excellent Location, wonderful breakfast suoer friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Great location 10 min walk to old town. Directly across from the Bavice Beach. Easily walkable to restaurants. The pool and hot tub very relaxing after a long day of site seeing.

Pros:

J'ai aimé la gentillesse du personnel, toujours très souriant, la propreté, autant des parties communes que des chambres, le ménage était tout le temps fait de façon impeccable, le buffet était très bon également, tant au petit-déjeuner qu'au dîner ou chaque soir il y avait plus ou moins un thème. Les animations étaient plutôt sympas, les spectacles du soir également, et l'emplacement près de la plage de Magaluf idéal.

Cons:

Toutes les boissons sont en supplément, même pendant les repas, le moindre verre d'eau vous coûte 3 €. Toutes les boissons sont à 3 €, que ce soit au bar ou pendant le repas, quand on y reste une semaine, ça chiffre un peu. J'ai fait de nombreux hôtels, dans ce genre, c'est bien la première fois que je dois payer les softs pendant les repas.
Il n'y a pas autant d'équipements à l'hôtel que mentionné. Il y a 3 piscines et pas 4, car une est uniquement pour une catégorie de clients premium. Il n'y a pas 4 restaurants, il y a une trattoria où on peut manger des burgers et des pâtes le soir, mais ça n'a été ouvert que le 1er weekend où on est arrivé, fermé le reste de la semaine....il y a un buffet pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner, pour tout l'hôtel, un autre près de la piscine principale pour le petit-déjeuner et le déjeuner (pour les All inclusive)... Il y a un snack près d'une autre piscine où on peut déjeuner l'après-midi. Le reste ce sont des bars où il y a uniquement boissons et petites boîtes de chips. Dans un des bâtiments on voit bien qu'il y avait des emplacements pour d'autres snacks, mais qui n'étaient pas ouverts, probablement définitivement car il n'y avait plus d'équipements... Les billards marchent une fois sur deux aussi et c'est à peu près tout ce qu'il y a en dehors des animations dans la piscine la journée.
Nous avons payé 2500 € à 3 pour 6 nuits, et honnêtement je trouve que c'était cher si on considère en plus les suppléments.

Pros:

Grand hôtel touristique tout confort et très bien situé a 200 m de la mer. 3 grandes piscines avec transat. Chambres grandes et très confortables. Le tout pour un prix très raisonnable. Personnel très aimable et accueillant. Une semaine parfaite !

Buen hotel, buen personal pero hay detalles que podrian mejorar la estadia
Pros:

Muy buen hotel, excelente personal, limpieza e instalaciones. Sobre todo a Sandrita, ella nos ayudo muchisimo a estar mas comodos y atendidos, gracias por su hispitalidad y servicio. Hotel con sistema de animacion y mucha juventud, lo hace muy entretenido y vibrante. Muy cercano a la playa. Multiples piscinas y comedores. Buena comida, aunque algunos dias podria estar mas variado. Supermercado al lado del hotel para comprar lo que necesites y paradero para tomar el bus a Palma a corta distancia.

Cons:

Nosotros tuvimos media pension, entiendo que las bebidas no estan incluidas. Sin embargo, te cobran hasta el agua. Si, el agua en la cena hay que pagarla, tampoco hay agua disponible en las instalaciones para tomar durante el dia o rellenar tu botella. Hace muchismo calor en Palma, el hotel es de 4*, me parece que es algo basico para los huespedes. Para la playa solo tienen toallas previo deposito de 10 euros. No tiene club de playa o tampoco prestan sillas y parasoles. Hay pequenos detalles que haria mucho mejor la experiencia.

Cons:

Напитки к ужину стоят денег, 6 евро/день, можно было бы бутылку воды подавать к ужину хотя бы
