Pros:

The room was gorgeous and clean with an amazing view of the sea. Breathtaking sunrises. The staff were very kind and thoughtful of their guests.They even left me a surprise in my room on my birthday unprompted. View from the regular breakfast venue is also wonderful 😊. Very close to the beach so could go back and forth to my room with no problems.

Много негативно отношение към клиентите, избрали all-inclusive. Банята беше много неудобна, можеше да се заклещя и да изкарам почивката там! Имаше проблем със смяната на хавлиите, не бях разбрана от първия път.

Hotel shower pressure was amazing.
Beds were comfortable.
Pool was nearby.
Proper banging.
Location is 10 minutes from the strip. So many shops nearby. Comes with inclusive breakfast.
Great value for money.

Cons:

The steps to the palm section were uneven. At night time you cant see too well and the chances of falling or stubbing your toe is high.

Agradecer la atención tanto de Julia como de Alexandra del bar Fresco en la primera planta. También del camarero que nos atendió el primer día que llegamos, estaban a punto de cerrar y nos atendió amablemente. Nos encantó la habitación muy espaciosa, cómoda y con una decoración muy agradable. Las instalaciones de las zonas de piscina son espectaculares. Una muy buena experiencia.
