Nothing we liked about the property.
What’s shown on booking.com is not at all same as what you will experience. Absolutely dingy, dirty and not at all suitable for a decent stay. Bedsheets and blankets were dirty, when told staff to change - they said this is the best once available and it’s dirty as pets were staying here earlier, Washrooms are not only very small but are dirty, do not have basics like tissue paper, dust bin, shower area and geysers don’t work properly. I won’t stay alone here, forget about staying with family and parents. And this is what I was told are best category rooms. As the name suggests, nothing here was close to luxury. In this same
cost I was getting hotels but since the way it was explained on booking.com - I assumed it’s a service appt and we will get two rooms and common area, so I assumed entire family can stay together and hence booked this one, although it was not only disappointing but absolutely bad ending of our wonderful trip.
The rooms have a bad odour. The kettle in the room was dirty.
Everything was great and everyone was extremely helpful especially Ajayji who made sure my stay was as safe and comfortable as possible.

I was given the room little far from the actual property (2,3 rooms managed separately in residential housing society) since it was completely occupied. 4000 INR (including 500 INR GST) for that room was way too much. There was no table in the room which I could use for having lunch and dinner. Shower was not functional in the washroom and the foul smell was there permanently. Somebody smoked too much in the room earlier which was not pleasant at all. On top of all this, I felt price for food was also high and not worth it. I was disappointed since the other travelers have rated this property high and I booked it because of the positive reviews.
