Room for improvement but we enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The location was good, the room was spacious.

Cons:

The shower didn’t hold its temperature which made it impossible for us to shower my granddaughter, one minute very hot the next cool, luckily there was a bath.

Very pleasant, nice breakfast

Nice location and clean hotel

Cons:

Bed is next to bathroom which has a glass door. When the light is turned on it is quite bright in the room itself

THE LADY WHO CLAIMED 2 B THE OWNER BUT RESCINDED WHEN CHALLENGED. SHE KNOWS WHAT SHE HAS DONE BUT EYE KNOW BETTER.

Great location, great room, very friendly and helpful housekeeping staff.
Pros:

Excellent location for just walking into the city centre. Could see the castle from our room. Left our car in the hotel car park for the duration of our stay.

Cons:

Mattress was a bit on the hard side.
