Very comfortable bed, spacious room, friendly staff.
Lifts took ages, bathroom sink was spectacularly badly designed (almost impossible to get your hands under the water) and the shower didn't get properly hot.
How clean it was. Comfy beds, great shower, tea & coffee making facilities were excellent. Staff member was very pleasant.

Close to everything we needed. A lovely hotel
Staff were ok but didnt seem to have much conversation. No interests in our stay, didnt even ask. We had to ask where the lift was once given the Card key and also had to ask about breakfast times.
