Great location. Good breakfast. Comfortable roons.
Pros:

Close to everywhere we needed to be. Very clean and quiet. Great staff.

Cons:

On returning from a concert just after 11pm we were surprised to find the bar closed. Cannot understand why, only thing that spoilt our stay.

Clean, comfy, convenient.
Pros:

Very clean room, comfortable bed, not far from Arena we were visiting.

Cons:

Room was cold and had to switch on the heating when first arrived and again in the morning as was cold when getting up next morning. Usually enter hotel rooms to an already comfortable temperature. Not a major problem but would have been more welcoming on arrival.

Pros:

Great location, price and very clean and spacious room. Bed extremely comfortable. Very well equipped room with fridge, iron etc

Cons:

Toilet flush handle faulty and water pressure not great. Didn't like the frosted glass door to bathroom. Room but noisy and near lifts but overall still very good.

Good hotel in great location
Pros:

Very nice hotel in a good location. Parking at the hotel is a plus.

Cons:

Loud music until late on the Sunday night. But some noise is expected in centre of the city.

Great, but not sure I would stay again due to outside noise being loud in the room and not able to sleep.

The property was lovely and clean and lovely rooms.

Cons:

I did experience significant noise disruption during the night. i returned to the hotel at around 1:00am, and unfortunately I was unable to fall asleep until approximately 4am due to noise from nearby bars/clubs that could clearly be heard from my room. I was then woken again at around 6:00am by constant lift usage, which was also very noticeable from inside the room due to being located on the opposite wall to the lifts.

Interestingly, my friends who were staying mentioned that their room was much quieter in comparison, so it does seem that Room 418 opposite Oz Bar may be particularly affected by external and lift noise.
