Már tavaly decemberben lefoglaltam a szállást 5 családnak, összesen 18 fő részére. Őszintén szólva ekkora társasággal mindig vannak kihívások, de a Hotel Arizona végül minden várakozásunkat felülmúlta.

A legelső dolog, amit szeretnék kiemelni, **Enrico, a hotel menedzsere**. Rendkívül kedves, segítőkész és figyelmes volt az első kapcsolatfelvételtől egészen a hazautazásunkig. Nagyon ritkán találkozni olyan emberrel a vendéglátásban, aki ennyire természetesen és őszintén próbál segíteni a vendégeknek. Ezúton is köszönjük neki a munkáját!

Ami számunkra hatalmas pozitívum volt:

* A medence és annak környezete kiváló. Külön szeretném kiemelni, hogy a környék több szállodájával ellentétben itt **sziesztaidőben is használható a medence**, ami családoknak óriási előny. A társaságunkban 7 gyermek volt, akik gyakorlatilag minden nap élvezték a medencét.
* A klíma megfelelően működött, ami a nyári melegben sokat számított.
* A bár árai teljesen korrektek, kellemes meglepetés volt, hogy nem voltak túlzóak.
* Legtöbbször az ebédet választottuk. Egy előételből, egy főételből, salátabárból és desszertből állt. Az adagok nem óriásiak, de összességében teljesen megfelelőek voltak.
* Enrico még arra is figyelt, hogy az összesen 6 szobához járó tengerparti napágyak és napernyők egymás mellett legyenek.

A szobák és a fürdőszobák inkább kisebbek, a zuhanykabin különösen szűk. Ugyanakkor ez számunkra egyáltalán nem jelentett problémát, mert szó szerint csak aludni és zuhanyozni jártunk fel a szobába.

A reggeli minősége rendben volt, azonban a választék kevéssé változott. Egy hosszabb, 9 napos tartózkodás során a végére már egyhangúnak éreztem.

Egyetlen olyan dolog volt, amin szerintem érdemes lenne javítani. A hotelben a fogyasztásokat nem kell aláírni vagy valamilyen módon visszaigazolni. Én ahhoz vagyok hozzászokva, hogy minden rendelés után kapok egy bizonylatot vagy aláírok egy lapot, így a fogyasztások könnyen nyomon követhetők. Emiatt a kijelentkezéskor egy jelentősebb összeget kellett még kifizetnünk, amit természetesen rendeztünk, hiszen valóban sokat fogyasztottunk. :)

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bátran ajánlom a Hotel Arizona-t, különösen családoknak. Ha újra Lignanóba utazunk, biztosan ezt a hotelt fogjuk választani.

I booked our stay back in December for **5 families, a total of 18 people**, so organizing a trip of this size is never easy. Fortunately, Hotel Arizona exceeded our expectations.

The first person I have to mention is **Enrico, the hotel manager**. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful from our very first email until the day we left. It is rare to meet someone in hospitality who genuinely cares so much about the guests and always tries to help with a smile. Thank you, Enrico!

Some of the highlights of our stay:

* The swimming pool and its surroundings were excellent. One of the biggest advantages is that, unlike several nearby hotels, **the pool remains open during the afternoon siesta hours**. This was a huge benefit for us because we had **7 children** in our group, and they absolutely loved spending time there every day.
* The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout our stay.
* Drinks at the bar were very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise.
* We often chose the lunch option, which included a starter, a main course, a salad buffet, and dessert. The portions were not huge, but they were perfectly adequate overall.

The rooms and bathrooms are on the smaller side, and the shower cabin is especially compact. However, this really wasn't an issue for us because we literally only used the room to sleep.

Breakfast was good, but the selection changed very little. After a 9-day stay, it became somewhat repetitive.

The only aspect I would suggest improving is the way extra purchases are tracked. Whenever we ordered drinks or other items, there was no receipt to sign or any way to follow our running balance. I'm used to hotels where each purchase is signed or recorded so guests can easily keep track of their expenses. As a result, we had a fairly substantial bill at check-out. We didn't mind paying it because we had genuinely enjoyed ourselves and knew we had consumed quite a lot. :)

We had a fantastic holiday and would happily recommend Hotel Arizona, especially to families with children. If we return to Lignano, we would definitely consider staying here again.

The buffet breakfast is delicious and varied.
However, the hotel’s kitchen is decidedly below standard.
During our entire stay, I didn’t have a single truly good lunch or dinner. The portions are generous, but the quality is closer to a student cafeteria than a proper restaurant. I strongly advise against booking full board. There’s a good restaurant and a pizzeria right next to the hotel, offering genuine Italian flavours.

The rooms are furnished in a very minimalist style.
The bathroom is extremely small — after showering, if you try to dry yourself, your towel will inevitably touch either the bidet or the toilet. The toilet itself is child‑sized (no exaggeration).

Contrary to the description, the beach is about 700 metres away.
The staff are very kind and helpful.
The pool is clean and excellent.
Electric car charging is free (3.4 kWh). Parking spaces, however, are limited.
They clean every day.

Ottima posizione, parcheggio comodo, molti posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, buona climatizzazione e buon wifi, staff gentile e professionale, pulizia buona ma da migliorare un po', ho trovato dei capelli sui cuscini, e trovare una bottiglietta d'acqua in frigo non sarebbe male.
Nel complesso buona esperienza.

Personal immer so freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Das Hotel ist sauber und die Lage ist perfekt.
Freuen uns auf das nächste Mal. Wenn in Lignano dann in Arizona.

In this Hotel the quality of services and staff is something you do not find very easy in this age. Front desk, services, swimming pool, bar and the restaurant is so good, they cook very well, the staff is very professional and quality, choice of fruit, cakes and the lunch as the dinner menu is amazing.

Check-in velocissimo, staff molto cortese ed efficiente. Una piacevolissima sorpresa, al rientro in camera dopo la cena la stanza era stata rifatta e il letto preparato per la notte. Questo è un servizio tipico degli hotel cinque stelle.

Wir sind absolut begeistert und hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Hotel Arizona. Schon der Empfang war perfekt: Enrico an der Rezeption begrüßte uns herzlich auf Deutsch mit einem „Willkommen“ und fragte direkt, ob wir eine gute Fahrt hatten – ein toller Start in den Urlaub. Er gab uns außerdem wertvolle Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr kinderlieb. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Vincenzo, der seinen Job mit so viel Herz macht und den Gästen die Wünsche förmlich von den Augen abliest. Auch der Zimmerservice war außergewöhnlich: Unser Zimmer wurde nicht nur täglich gründlich gereinigt, sondern es wurde auch liebevoll auf unseren Sohn eingegangen. Jeden Morgen gab es ein freundliches „Are you ok?“ und aus Decken und Kissen (sogar unseren eigenen Zusatzkissen, Decken und den Kuscheltieren unseres Sohnes) wurden jeden Tag neue, kreative Muster gefaltet – das hat uns alle zum Staunen gebracht.

Der Strand liegt tatsächlich nur rund 200 Meter entfernt. Das Frühstück war frisch und lecker, und auch unser Abendessen im Hotel hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die kostenlosen Fahrräder mit Kindersitz, mit denen man bequem Ausflüge nach Bibione oder in andere Stadtteile von Lignano machen kann.

Wir haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden – im Gegenteil: wir waren rundum begeistert und haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder!

Prenotato per 6, 3 adulti e 3 bambini, mi hanno fatto pagare un supplemento di 450 euro per i letti supplementari quando già alla prenotazione avevo specificato il numero di bambini presenti e la rispetta età

The hotel!

Lage, organisatorisches und hilfsbereit

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend und das in absolut allen Bereichen. Der Service war wirklich hervorragend. Die Lage und das gesamte Ambiente haben gestimmt. Ein wirklich liebevolles kleines Hotel, welches nicht zu überlaufen ist. Platz am Pool gab es genug, der Strand ist wenige Minuten entfernt und die zur Stadt ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Einen Supermarkt gibt es mit allem drum und dran direkt um die Ecke. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte absolut alles zu bieten und auch das Abendessen ist wirklich empfehlenswert und super lecker. Für unsere kleine Familie mit Baby war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub und Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank!
