Nice hotel that we wouldn't recommend.
Pros:

Great location, very helpful friendly staff, breakfast was excellent. The lobby, pool and weight room were very nice.

Cons:

Big dislike, the air conditioner and parking. The air conditioner was so loud that you had to turn the TV up to almost full blast. The vents are right beside the TV and balcony door so it's unavoidable. Adding to this is the exhaust of the AC is on the small balcony, which makes the balcony so hot you can barely stand to be outside. We had to turn the AC off to be able to stand on the balcony without roasting, which in turn warmed up the room.

The parking situation is ridiculous. Self parking in a parking lot that is not covered or secure is bad enough then add a $20 a day fee to use it and in my opinion, you have a little case of lunacy. This is a pretty nice hotel and we were already paying almost $300 a night so why tack on another $20 just to park in "their" parking lot. To us it was just not a good look.

Pros:

Very nice staff, at the front desk, Dennis, Aaron, and the lady at the breakfast buffet was very devoted and friendly

Rooms nice with balcony ocean view , good size ,
Area for pets outside grass very convenient
Easy access to beach

Cons:

Beach chairs convenient but expensive, 20$ an hour for a chair and umbrella

Not what it seems
Pros:

Beware - charges are not what them should be! FREE Redemption stay with only taxes and $20 parking fee to pay turns into $107? Please explain. Will edit my review upon correction of charges.

Carla the housekeeping manager made our stay more enjoyable . Highly recommend your hotel. Great stay and great location

Carla the housekeeping manager responded to our need in a timely manner and made our stay more enjoyable. Carla is very professional and was extremely helpful by reacting immediately to our request with a smile and was very positive. I also would like to mention a member of your housekeeping team I met while returning a bag of rubbish to her to be placed in her cleaning rolling cart in the rooms corridor and she was also very polite , very positive and welcoming with a smile, ( I am sorry I didn’t asked her name )
Your housekeeping team must be commented for their positive attitudes, customers service and keeping the bedrooms very clean.

I have been going to this place for years and got excellent rooms with nice views, clean pool, good service and had fun with the pool. I am coming back today and happy.

Great comfy pit stop for dinner and concert!!!
Pros:

Our first time here after driving from Buckhead, Georgia, and needed a place to stay due to dinner plans and a local concert that we were planning to see.

On the beach, nice room, 515, ocean view, plenty of space and room, comfy bed, and a small patio to sit and look out to the Atlantic Ocean. There was a very small eatery in the lobby with tables and service. Free Coffee station in the lobby and plenty of free parking. Only negative item was the elevator was really slow. Good stay, nice walkway along the beach or bike your way from end to end. Plenty of restaurants in the area.
City Hall and gift shops right down the concrete broadwalk.

Stolen necklace
Pros:

Highly disappointed. On June 8th my boyfriend and I checked out of this hotel after staying for a couple of days. The day we left I accidentally left my gold necklace sitting on the bathroom counter and I know I left it there because not only did my boyfriend remind me to put it on and that it was in the bathroom before we left, but I made a mental note that I was going to put it on after I got done packing. Being that we were in a slight rush to leave, we both left forgetting about the necklace. The next day, after traveling to Minnesota I realized I left it and immediately started freaking out trying to call the hotel to figure out if the house cleaners had turned it in. They told me they could not help me till the next day so in the morning I called again. They told me they would call me back after asking the housekeeping manager, and once they did, they claimed nothing was turned in. It was a full 24 hours later and nothing was turned in. I asked him to please leave my name and number and told him to pass along that I would be giving a $400 finders reward in hope of getting my VERY sentimental necklace back. He seemed pretty annoyed with the entire conversation. I have waited and waited hoping they would call me to tell me they “found” my necklace, and unfortunately I never got a call back. I hate to make accusations, but both my boyfriend and I know for 100% certainty that I left that necklace on the bathroom counter. So, if you’re looking for an extremely dishonest hotel and hoping to have things stolen from you, four points is your spot. Good luck to anyone that loses something of higher value.

Wonderful getaway

Highly over priced extremely disappointed

It was way over charged.. $460 .00 for 1 night and had to pay additional money to park in the hotel parking lot even though I was a guest. Not one attendant or staff member offered to help me with my luggage. And the staff had distasteful attitudes. They weren't helpful or attentive. Much less the least bit informative. I come from out of state with my 2 children. And they didn't even explain where the ice machine was. They seemed too preoccupied in their conversation with each other. And I felt like I was more of a bother than a guest, especially for the price I paid for one night. It was extremely over priced and not professional or welcoming at all!!!

I wont be back. Ill take my family else where next time we're in town. THANK YOU, BUT NO THANK YOU.
