The housekeeping staff can’t read a do not disturb sign. They came into my room three times.

Best Hotel Experience
Pros:

I recently stayed at Hotel Valencia and it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcomed, like royalty. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and attentive. What stood out the most was how personal the experience felt. The team knew us by name and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special.

The service was seamless from start to finish, and they were extremely accommodating, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they take pride in creating memorable stays for their guests.

Because of the exceptional staff and overall experience, I’ve already decided this will be my go-to place for celebrating my birthday every year.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hotel that truly values hospitality and makes you feel special.

A safety incident occurred during my stay that raised serious concerns about the security oversight at this property.
Pros:

The Manager on Duty was dismissive, defensive, and displayed a shocking lack of accountability when the safety concern was raised. As a woman, I felt completely unsupported and disrespected by the manager’s unprofessional conduct. ❗️I do not believe this environment is suitable or secure for international visitors, or for women who expect a basic standard of safety and professional integrity from hotel management. There are far better, more secure options in San Jose. I strongly advise staying elsewhere.

Excellent location, excellent facilities, would certainly recommend.
Pros:

Food was OK, other places to eat locally are also excellent. Hotel staff were brilliant, very helpful. We will certainly stay again in the near future.

Cons:

Wifi service is poor. Making video calls was tricky. The paid for service kept logging us out despite trying to pay for premium, it wasn't much better. In-room costs for things like bottled water was very expensive.

Pros:

Conveniently located near Santana Row and Westfield mall. Amenities and staff were nice.

Cons:

We had to wait forever to retrieve our vehicle from valet and had to pay a $60 fee every time.
