Ain’t no way in hell they’re charging that much..dirty icky nasty disgusting

The staff was nice

Cons:

Hotel was dirty, shower didn’t drain, couldn’t easily open the room door from the inside and posed a major hazard in an emergency.

Rude staff. Do not book this hotel.
Pros:

Booked after arriving late into Grand Rapids because of storms.

Cons:

Night staff person was rude and unable to enter a reservation for us, after he told us we made a mistake and booked for the following night on Booking.

Pros:

Clean with friendly people and a great breakfast.

Cons:

All hotels raised prices over $100 for the two graduation days. I don’t believe it’s worth $258 a night.

Pros:

Loved how the set up of the rooms were. Me ,a friend and our kids. It was very nice

Cons:

The pool said headed but it was freezing cold. The kids still went in but couldn't stay in long. That was upsetting. It was one of the reasons I wanted to stay there.
