Very loud. No rest. You can hear everything coming from the hallway and the people on the top floor. There were no window curtains and the light comes through.

I don’t know, they left us outside

I came in very late at night.I walked into the room and there was two roaches on the nightstand I thought I would try to give it a chance because I needed a few hours of sleep , I continued to find total of ten roaches within several hours and left disgusting filthy hairballs , nasty , roaches , the eighties , all over disgusting

El personal nos atendio bien, pero el hotel no era lo que esperabamos, estos hoteles entiendo que son para pasar la noche por lo que deberian tener un poco mas de comodidad y ser un poco mas acojedores porque las personas llegan cansadas

Room has roaches everywhere

The smell of cigarettes and marijuana on the third floor asked for a non smoking room which it was but the smell in the hallways lingers on to the room.

The check in and check out were both horrible; we waited at least 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. at the check in, the lady was in the back forever and never came up front. finally, a lady that was sitting in the lobby yelled, Crystal and about 3 more minutes later, she appeared. The hallway had roaches crawling up the walls and our room had roaches also. the chair in the room was torn/raggedy. There was hair in the tub and on shower walls. At check out, it was 10:15AM and we were trying to leave early to attend a funeral service; there was no clerk at the front desk. I waited for 10 minutes, I called the front desk three times and the phone just rung (even that did not alert the staff to come to the desk. Eventually, an individual that stated he has lived there for a year; told me that they're always away from the front desk and I could just leave. I did not feel comfortable leaving without officially checking out with staff. The same guy, recognized the clerk
outside talking to someone in a car that had seemingly brought the desk clerk food. The guy went outside to let the guy know that a customer was waiting, the desk clerk looked inside at me and continued talking with his friends. Once he came inside, I explained that I was in a hurry and had somewhere to be at 11AM; he did not apologize at all...just dismissed me as though I wasn't a guest; stating "you can leave, you didn't have to wait".
I was absolutely very upset that I had ever spent any money with Woodspring Suites! NEVER AGAIN!!

El ascensor no funcionaba a la media noche

There is a kitchenette however there is nothing in the kitchen, no pots, dishes, etc. There wasn’t even a hanger to hang clothes. The room is very sparse. The bed is more like a cot. Refrigerator was working when we arrived, very noisy, however when we returned later in the evening it wasn’t working,
Staff is ok, but always apologizing for the new management.
Most of the clientele are construction workers, transients and people without homes.

Los otros huéspedes, gente, indeseable, me senti inseguro, había gente en habitaciones, viviendo con mucho desorden adentro y animales.
