Beautiful city and ocean views. Comfortable bed and bedroom and helpful staff.
Pros:

We enjoyed the space inside the bedroom, beautiful views, fantastic bed, very clean.

Cons:

We thought some guests were very noisy.
We didn't mind the dog barking at times.
We wished the room had coffee and tea facilities inside the bedroom.
