Nie wieder.
Cons:

Die Zimmer sind totale absteigen.

Hier wäre eine komplette kernsanierung vom gesamten Gebäude das beste. Das man hier zum Party machen ein günstiges Zimmer finde ist das eine was man dafür geboten bekommt ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Super Lage für einen Kurztrip

Für den, der nur eine günstige zentrale Übernachtung ohne Frühstück sucht - OK

Super gelegen - direkt an der Reeperbahn - relativ günstig

Cons:

Zimmer sind ungepflegt bzw. heruntergekommen, Flure sehen aus wie auf einem U-Boot - HZ- Rohre auf Putz, Türen und Türrahmen abgenutzt, Heizung auf Vollgas - nicht regulierbar. Schien aber bekannt da das Fenster auf Kipp stand ( Außentemp. ca. 1 Grad ) Keine Leseleuchten am Bett, Laken fadenscheinig aber sauber, Frühstück deutlich unterer Durchschnitt, Nach Besichtigung der Dusche haben wir aufs Duschen verzichtet....

Гучна музика, ми не врахували того що це не проста вулиця, не поцікавились де саме знаходиться цей хостел. Жили наче в борделі, але з нами була дитина і літня людина. Ми були в шоці, наші вікна виходили на будівлю з проститутками... літня людина почувала себе пригніченою. Ліжка наче для солдатів в ссср, скриплять і тріщать, подушки та ковдра були жовтого кольору, не випрані наче, жодного вішака для речей - не було, у раковину може провалитись все що завгодно, мій контейнер для лінз дуже добре туди впав і я не змогла його дістати, шум з коридору і секс в інших номерах чутно дуже сильно. Ключ не завжди спрацьовував, і декілька разів кімната не зачинялась і її можна було відкрити без ключа. Ціна незадовільна, тому що в інших містах ми жили за таку саму ціну і сервіс був кращим набагато!

Pros:

From the outside I wouldn't say its a hotel, but from inside it looks quite nice.

Lovely staff good quality/price ration BuT A&O should revisit some of their policies.
Pros:

The staff is very nice. Helpful, polite, patient, competent and kind. I liked the price though it is not always cheap and good.

Cons:

I think this is a problem of the chain that owns the hotel and the neighborhood more than of the hotel itself and it’s staff.
The hotel was under very low occupation. It has a huge amount of rooms. Instead of spreading people into different rooms they prefer to fill one room, then open another one once the previous is full and fill. This does NOT generate client satisfaction specially when people in a hostel in the Reeperbahn can be smelly noisy and simply weird. Would be better to leave people “alone in a room of 4” if the hotel is occupied at less than 10%.
Another things is that my room was messy when I came. Either they don’t do the cleaning either people come and mess stuff up. I had to do my own bed, etc and that’s not ok.
Though this is a low cost business they should invest a bit on the premises. The shower head was decomposing. So cool that you do low cost but it is not an excuse for stuff to be ugly and half broken.
