Everything was flawless! The service from the entire staff—especially Clara, Dat, and Minh at the front desk—was phenomenal and made us feel special from day one. This was hands down the best hotel of our entire Cambodia and Vietnam trip. The rooftop infinity pool offers stunning city views overlooking St. Joseph’s Cathedral, and pre-booking the private spa area for our arrival was an absolute treat.

Cons:

Our only regret was staying for just one night at the end of our trip! Could easily have stayed a few more days!

Staffs there are so kind that tried to help us with all their efforts. There was a staff speaks Japanese, who is the best staff. Great cleanness, service, all of the experience there was perfect.

המלון ממוקם מצוין ברובע העתיק, הצוות מדהים, שירותי עוזר בכל דבר שנדרש. חזרנו פעם שנייה לפני סוף הטיול והמון דאג לשבץ לנו חדרים קרובים וטובים. המלון נעים, נוח ועם כל המתקנים הנדרשים.
החדרים שלקחנו היו נקיים, המיטות והכריות נוחות והחדר היה שקט ונעים.
חדר האוכל היה מצוין וארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה וטעימה. הצוות דאג לכל מי שלא ירד לארוחת הבוקר לקופסאות שנשלחו לחדרים.
נהנו מאוד!

Comfy Hotel with awesome staff
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, we loved the staff they were all delightful and so helpful. Felt sorry for them as they had to juggle so many people when the Halong Bay cruises were cancelled due to the Typhoon. They did an excellent job. Nothing but praise for them.

Loved Anatole!
Pros:

Excellent! Loved everything about the Anatole Hotel. Staff friendly and helpful would do anything for you. Buffet catered for both Asian and Western palates with a great selection. Rooms well maintained spacious and clean. We choose Anatole for connecting family room. Would definitely recommend to other families in Australia. Great location near the lake and the cathedral.
