Fabulous stay in the Old Quarter of Hanoi
Pros:

We loved our stay at Anatole Hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter. The rooms were beautifully clean, the rooftop bar and pool is lots of fun, and the location is fantastic. What made our stay memorable was the amazing staff, in particular Kenny, who welcomed us to the hotel, and the lovely restaurant team who helped recommend places to go and things to do, and who made us brilliant egg coffee :) We highly recommend Anatole Hotel in Hanoi!

ホアンキエム湖へのアクセスが良く、観光には抜群の立地だ。コンシェルジュも非常に優しく、客室には無料の水やバスタブも完備されていた。朝食の種類が多いのも魅力的で、チェックアウト後にシャワーを利用できるサービス自体はありがたかった。

Cons:

■アクセス（最大の不満点）
・道路工事（あるいは常時規制）のせいか、タクシーがホテルの目の前まで入って来られない。事前にアナウンスすべき重要事項である。
・滞在中、配車アプリでタクシーを呼んでも、直前でドライバーにキャンセルされることが何度も発生し、時間を無駄にした。真夜中のチェックイン時も、タクシーが迂回せざるを得ず到着が大幅に遅れた。
■チェックアウト後のシャワー
・シャワールームがサウナルームと同室のため、浴びた後も室温で汗をかく。室内に時計がなく、使用時間の目安が分からず不便だった。
・ドライヤーが2度も故障し、交換対応等で時間をロスした。こちらのせいではないのに、髪が濡れた状態で退室を急かされたのは不快だった。
■サービス・食事
・朝食時に卵料理の注文を聞かれ、オムレツと目玉焼きを頼んだが、目玉焼きは最後まで来なかった。なぜか頼んでいないフォーが席に置かれていた。
・客室のハンガー追加を電話で依頼したが一向に来ず、2回も催促の電話を入れる羽目になった。フロントに「まだ届いていませんか？」と逆に聞かれたが、スタッフ間の連携不足が否めない。
■口コミスコアについて
・チェックアウト後、ホテル側からメールで「10点満点の評価をご検討いただけますと幸いです」と直接のスコア誘導が届いた。サイト上の不自然な高評価はこれが原因だと思われる。実際のクオリティとは乖離があるため、他の旅行者は注意されたい。

Pros:

早餐還不錯, 最喜歡的就是空調很足!! 對於越南的酷熱氣候, 回到飯店是一種救贖 哈
櫃台人員服務人員都非常的親切, 專業, 並且非常主動的提供服務
這個假期我選擇這個飯店是非常滿意

Cons:

沒有不喜歡的地方, 如果要挑剔, 應該是電梯裡沒有空調, 但是我認為不礙事, 因為大廳, 餐廳, 房間的空調都非常的足夠

Wonderful experience at Anatole Hotel

I highly recommend staying at this hotel not only the location is more convenient, but also the staff are friendly. I would like to thanks Phem (aka Fen) of her hospitality. She would consider our needs and try to solve our problems. In addition, she would recommend nice restaurants to us and all of them are yummy.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

Amazing hotel and fantastic staff. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great location and a friendly environment look no further than here. You will love it. Pool bar staff are so friendly and inviting. All the staff are absolutely amazing. Our room was so comfortable and we were happy to stay the week.

Fantastic stay with incredibly warm and thoughtful service!
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and genuinely go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The check-in team in particular was excellent — warm, efficient, and attentive.
One thing we really appreciated was how they reminded us that it can get quite hot after being out exploring, and suggested we could use the spa showers before leaving or heading to the airport. Little touches like that made such a big difference!
The breakfast buffet was another highlight — really delicious with excellent variety. We especially loved the fresh fruit selection, which was always plentiful and super fresh every morning.
Highly recommend this hotel for both the great service and the comfort. We’ll definitely be back!

What a pleasant surprise
Pros:

We were impressed with the location and the room. My wife jumped up and down with excitement once we were alone in the room. The room was NICE. Happy wife. Happy life. The staff were extremely personable. Kenny and Pham are amazing people. We will miss them. Even Ryan gosling at the rooftop bar made us laugh.

Great staff! Loved my stay here.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel twice this trip, as a stopping point to other locations around Hanoi. Convenient area (but admit I used Grabs as I had trouble walking - and frankly not sure how much time I saved doing that).

Fresh fruit was in room upon my arrival (new favorite fruit - fresh lychees!) I also had an early morning departure that left as the dining room was opening for breakfast. They prepared to-go boxes for me to take with. They will hold my bags on my final day, between my return from Ha Long Bay and going to the airport.

The staff is phenomenal! Every single one of them. Room is comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.
