Perfekter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Alles! Das Personal war so zuvorkommend, höflich, hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt! Und es riecht überall soooo gut. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und wir haben noch eine Lunchbox bekommen, weil wir vor dem Frühstück aufbrechen mussten. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und den tollen Service!

Fabulous hotel in a "quieter" part of Hanoi but still close to the old town an other attractions. Interiors are worthy of a style magazine, and reception staff are great.

Cons:

We loved staying here, but our relatively minor quibble was that food and beverage was ridiculously expensive, even for a quality hotel in Hanoi. 350k VND for a cocktail that was delivered 30 minutes after ordering, and a 35-40 minute wait for poolside bar snacks! I don't feel its right to charge top dollar if the service isn't up to standard.

Propreté et standing de l établissement et des chambres. Petit déjeuner raffiné. Souci de satisfaire les clients. Nous avions été un peu déçu par la chambre (lavabo dans la chambre et manque d intimité). La direction s est mise en quatre pour nous proposer une autre chambre, malgré le fait que l'hôtel était plein. Pour s excuser de ne pas nous avoir satisfait directement, nous avons bénéficié d un voucher conséquent, d un sac en cadeau et surtout d un sentiment d attention rarement observé au cours de nos multiples voyages et séjours dans des hôtels haut de gamme

A wonderful hotel and central to the old part of town.
Pros:

Great location to the old quarter. Was able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and felt total safe at all times. Breakfast was good and the staff were great and attentive. Used the roof top bar a number of times with the views great and the staff Excellent. Would certainly stay their again.
