Cons:

I can’t believe they advertise free breakfast. 2 mornings in a row there was no coffee or juice. Also, I can’t believe that bagels, and ONLY bagels, is considered to be breakfast.

Cons:

The lady receptionist has bad attitude. We came an hour early we tried to ask her to check in early for my mom who is handicap and got tired by long journey. She denied is ok but her attitude is unacceptable.
