Salle du petit dejeuner très petite, seulement 2 tables pour 2 personnes et 2 gros fauteuils, les photos de booking ne sont pas du tout à jour.

Lenzuola sporche, unte e nere, abbiamo richiesto un cambio di stanza e ci hanno detto che avremmo causato overbooking e avremmo creato problemi. Quindi abbiamo richiesto delle lenzuola pulite e con non curanza ce ne hanno portate altre con macchie evidenti di sangue. Colazione forse sarebbe stata ottima se non fosse stata assalita da altri ospiti e siamo rimasti senza alle 8:00 di mattina. Quando è venuta la persona che se ne occupava le abbiamo chiesto informazioni su come fare e ci ha sbattuto la porta in faccia dicendo che era tutto finito. Abbiamo restituito le chiavi e non ci ha neanche salutato. Per finire in bellezza da quel giorno abbiamo avuto una rinite acuta per la quantita di polvere trovata in stanza e nei cuscini (con capelli neri visibili sotto le federe), nonostante non siamo allergici di natura. L’unica nota positiva, il bagno quasi pulito (il filo del phon aveva polvere appiccicata)

La verdad es que no hay nada que pueda decir que me haya gustado.

De entrada la atención de la recepcionista fue seca y distante. A la vuelta de cenar la habitación no abría porque la cerradura no identificaba la tarjeta. Fuimos a recepción y nos dieron otras, y seguía sin abrir. De nuevo fuimos a recepción y le pedimos que viniera a comprobarlo y seguía sin abrir. Estuvimos esperando veinte minutos en la calle a qué volviese con una persona con un aparato para abrir la puerta. En cuanto a limpieza es muy justa. Los muebles son antiguos, había un sillón con una mancha enorme en el asiento. No volvería a este motel.

The TV was on when we arrived. There was no controller for or visible buttons on the TV, so it was stuck on one station. The only way to turn it off was to unplug it. There was a big brown stain on one of the bed toppers. The carpet felt dirty. When looking for a plug in, there was a lot of dust behind the night stands.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und hat super Verbindungen zu den angrenzenden Sehenswürdigkeiten

Cons:

Wir hatten einen Bettwanzen-Vorfall erlebt und wurden schließlich “rausgeschmissen” aus dem Hotel, weil wir nach einer Entschädigung aufgrund der Unannehmlichkeiten gefragt haben. Und aufgrund von Ausbuchung der Unterkunft wurde kein Ersatz-Zimmer angeboten.
