Отель в целом очень понравился! Персонал был дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Номера чистые, уборка проводилась каждый день — за это отдельное спасибо. Единственное пожелание — хотелось бы, чтобы доступ к бассейну и сауне был не ограничен 20 минутами, а более свободный. Но в остальном соотношение цены и качества просто отличное. Также большой плюс — отель находится рядом с пирсом, что очень удобно для прогулок. Рекомендуем!

La localisation

Cons:

La climatisation beaucoup trop bruyante, impossible de dormir avec. On était obligé de dormir avec les fenêtres ouvertes et entendre le bruit de la rue, le klaxon des voitures.
Le petit déjeuner était lamentable. La qualité des produits était médiocre, sans goût, pas frais du jour, le choix était très limité.
Le personnel n'était pas accueillant, désagréable, discutait tout le temps entre eux ou sur leur téléphone.

We had a nice time in istanbul and this hotel was perfect for us
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was nice with a good selection. The staff truly made the experience special—Islam Bey and Firat Bey were especially helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you as well to Emrah Bey for checking us in so politely and efficiently. The cleaning staff were also very polite and attentive, which made our stay even more comfortable. The location is excellent, just a short walking distance to Bostanci Marmaray station. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again

Iyi konum, güleryüzlü calisanlar ve temiz odalar
Pros:

Konumu cok iyi, E5 üzerindeki metro duragina ve asagida minibüs caddesine cok yakin. Bostanci gösteri merkezi de yürüyerek 5 dakika.
Otel genel olarak güzel, görevliler ilgili. Bir gün ekstra kalmak istedigimizde ayni odada kalirsak ek ücret cikmasina ragmen odamizi degistirmediler, tasinmak zorunda kalmadik. Temizlik personeli Gül Hanima ayrica tesekkür ediyoruz.

Cons:

Spa oteli olarak görünmesine ragmen spa kismini kullanim otel müsterileri icin cok kisitli. (15 dakika islak alanlar, 10 dakika hamam 20 dakika da havuz olmak üzere toplam 45 dakika).

Pros:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilsbereit.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig. Man hat die Gespräche der Nachbarzimmer gehört. Wir haben uns leider nicht wohlgefühlt.
