Not worth it.
Pros:

Not much honestly

Cons:

It was super worn down, smells horrible when you walk in the lobby & they room smelled humid and musky. There was a hole in the wall. Chair was basically shredded. Def not worth the price.

Pros:

Nothing. We were called at 3:00 pm to tell us the elevator was broken and we were supposed to be on the fourth floor and we could walk. We said no and were given a refund supposedly.

Did not feel safe I think anybody could’ve just walked in. There were no receptionist after 12 o’clock. I went out and came back after 1 o’clock you have this guy walking up to me asking me for money

Location was good in relation to everything else.

Cons:

Room was dirty and the TV was shattered, all furniture was tattered and the upholstery peeling. Refrigerator was dirty. Not sure how this room could have been rented.
