Blizina mora i gospodja u baru je bila jako ljubazna :)

Nažalost, ovoga puta nismo zadovoljni svojim boravkom u hotelu.

Prijava u hotel je prema informacijama od 15:00 sati, no kada smo stigli u to vrijeme, na recepciji su nam rekli da soba još nije spremna i zamolili nas da se vratimo za otprilike pola sata. Vratili smo se nakon 40 minuta, ali su nam ponovno rekli da soba nije gotova te da pričekamo još oko 40 minuta. Tako smo izgubili velik dio prvog dana godišnjeg odmora čekajući sobu.

Kada smo napokon ušli u sobu, dočekalo nas je neugodno iznenađenje. Soba nije bila adekvatno očišćena – sa zidova je visjela paučina, po podu su bile dlake, krevet je bio poderan, a u sobi se osjećao vrlo neugodan miris. Budući da smo bili smješteni u prizemlju, balkonska vrata nismo mogli držati otvorenima da se soba provjetri jer na prozorima nije bilo komarica, a donji dio balkonske ograde bio je otvoren, pa nismo htjeli riskirati ulazak insekata ili drugih životinja tijekom noći.

Dodatno nas je razočaralo što su nam oko 15 sati poslijepodne, dok smo se pokušavali odmoriti, pokucale spremačice kako bi tek tada zamijenile ručnike. Smatramo da se takve stvari trebaju obaviti prije dolaska gostiju ili barem u vrijeme kada je manja vjerojatnost da će gosti odmarati.

Hrana je bila prosječne kvalitete. Imali smo all inclusive uslugu, ali izbor jela bio je vrlo repetitivan, a kvaliteta hrane nije opravdala očekivanja. Isto vrijedi i za uključena pića – sokove, pivo i vino, koji su bili prilično loše kvalitete.

Ovo nam je bio drugi boravak u ovom hotelu, no nažalost i posljednji. Šteta, jer smo očekivali barem jednaku ili bolju uslugu nego prvi put, a doživjeli smo upravo suprotno. Nadamo se da će uprava ozbiljno shvatiti ovakve komentare i poraditi na kvaliteti usluge.

Exceptional stay at an exceptional place
Pros:

Exceptional views, comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and tasty cuisine. Bellevue Maradiso Casa by Aminess is a perfect choice for a memorable holiday. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Orebic but within a walking distance to the center of the town. The beach in front of the hotel is just perfect - an ideal mixture of pebble beach and rocks with both sun and shade during the day. The main building of the hotel looks preety and the views from the restaurant and the hotel bar are breathtaking. You can admire crystal clear sea and the historical town of Korcula and the Korcula Island in the distance. It's also very easy to get there by a passenger boat from Orebić. There is a lot of greenery around the hotel buildings which we also liked. The parking is spacious enough to provide space for all the guest's cars. My wife had a bithday during our stay and we got a birthday cacke with a bottle of wine and birthday wishes from the hotel manager served to the room which was a very nice gesture we truly appreciate. Thank you to all the staff of Bellevue Maradiso Casa by Aminess for making our stay exceptional. We'll be coming back!

Prekrasna lokacija, mir, tišina.
Osoblje jako ljubazno, hrana odlična i raznovrsna.Lijepe plaže i barovi u blizini. Obavezno svratite i do Korčule, svega 10 minuta brodom a ima se što vidjeti.

Domaći keksići i mirisna vrećica lavande u znak dobrodošlice,lijepa gesta hotela🙂
Za vrjeme boravka muž je imao rođendan, u sobi nas dočekali kolači i boca vina, svakako ugodno iznenađenje🙂

Pros:

Różnorodne posiłki i bliskość morza. Część obsługi była bardzo uprzejma z wyjątkiem jednego pracownika. Spory parking.

Cons:

Łysy Pan w okularach (pracownik baru) wypraszał mnie z psem ponieważ usiadłem na zewnątrz podczas śniadania do stolika, który należy do baru. Metr dalej były stoliki restauracji lecz były tam inne psy i chciałem zachować większy dystans - ten pan był bardzo nieuprzejmy. Dopiero inni pracownicy pozwolili przejść z psem do dalszych stolików, które również są na zewnątrz ale trzeba przejść przez restauracje. Okazuje się, że dla części pracowników to nie jest problem, zwłaszcza, że hotel pobiera opłaty za psa a potem jakiś pracownik zamiast być wyrozumiałym robi z tego problem. Nota bene szkoda, że hotel nie ma rozwiązania na to, żeby w zimny wieczór móc siedzieć ze swoim zwierzakiem wewnątrz, hotel obok też z sieci Aminess ma na to pomysł. Ponadto niestety w pokoju nie działała wanna przez uszkodzony korek.
