I would stay there again for sure but the management has to teach the staff how to handle the business
Pros:

It’s perfect location and beautiful terrace with the pool
Very good food at the trattoria and friendly waitress

Cons:

The guy at the front desk said we have to go to the basement floor to get our suitcases
It’s so ridiculous! I was shocked and said that they have to bring it to the guests. They did it of course but i was surprised they dare to ask me for getting my baggage
It was only one thing which I didn’t like

Além disso, banheiro com cortina que vaza por todo quarto. Coloquem algo decente! Hotel 4 estrelas isso não poderia acontecer

On peut s'attendre à plus d'amabilité
Pros:

Les chambres sont bien nettoyées, la localisation était parfaite tout comme la literie. Les plus comme la fontaine d'eau, le café à disposition, les prêts de parasol sont appréciables.

Cons:

Le personnel de l'hôtel n'était pas très aimable (explications trop rapides et ton pressant concernant une excursion, air soupçonneux quand j'indique qu'il manque la sortie de bain dans la chambre). Le lavabo placé hors de la salle de bain ce n'est pas pratique. Aucune patere et une seule prise disponible.

I would not stay here again

The location is the best part.

Cons:

The room we were given that was on the first floor and the closest to the lobby. There’s a common area hallway door just outside of through my state and it’s on automatic closing hinge. Every time somebody would go in and out of that door, it would slam shut. It was very destructive to our stay very loud. People started going through it early in the morning, which woke us up and we were not able to sleep past 6 AM. Overall the day was very uncomfortable. I discussed this with the staff and they acted like they didn’t care.

Sehr schönes Hotel am Ocean Drive
Pros:

Das Leslie ist einfach ein gutes Hotel. Die Lage schlägt natürlich alles, das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und das Restaurant vor der Tür absolute Spitze. Wir waren bereits das dritte Mal hier.

Cons:

Natürlich kommen manche Dinge so langsam in die Jahre, da könnte man etwas am Ball bleiben mit den Renovierungen der Zimmer. Warum man Glastüren für das Bad benötigt, erschließt sich mir nicht, auch die Glasscheibe von der Dusche zum Bett benötigt es sicher nicht. EIne Minibar wäre auch nett, denn an Getränke zu kommen ist seltsamerweise extrem kompliziert am Ocean Drive.
