Atención pésima y muy mala predisposición
Reserve con desayuno, y no lo tomé, le lo cobran como adicional ademas de pelearme, porque me daban con baño compartido.

Very loud if sleep is a priority
Pros:

Love the art deco.

Cons:

The noise level from the restaurants below is very loud. It kept us awake until it stopped at 1a on a Tuesday. Also, we could hear the conversation of our neighbor as though we were in the room with them, poor acoustical barriers.

מים חמים במיקלחת.

Disappointing check in and service
Pros:

Great location, safe, clean and very comfortable

Cons:

Staff was rude on the phone even hanging up multiple times. Check in was a disaster. Was told all I needed for daughter to check in was confirmation number and she could get in at 2:00. Daughter Presented confirmation number then was required to send email from me causing her extreme stress. Then couldn’t get in until 3:30 because room wasn’t ready.

Room comfort, pretty good restaurant

Cons:

There is no car drop-off area. During a season the parking is very bad. You need to search public parking. Hotel said, there are reserved place in public parking 3 streets away (20 min. of walk). On the parking place is listed price max $40 per day, however the overnite parking costs $120.

Best location on ocean drive.
Pros:

Lovely art deco outside. With modern rooms inside. Great pool on the roof, where you can order food and drink. Or go to the beach across the road. (Hotel provide towels, loungers and Canopy.

המלון מיושן, חשוך, ריח ישן בחדר. כשנכנסו לחדר הבנו שכאן אנחנו לא נשארים.
למרות הקנס שהמלון התעקש לקחת כי לא איפשר ביטול , העדפנו לעזוב ולחפש מלון אחר.
