Cons:

The bedsheets smelled like cigarettes, the reception staff never picked up the phone, the water does not drain in the toilets, the water pressure was bad, the check in time was too late and check out too early, there is no cutlery, cups or glasses in the kitchen, the phone didn't work, the pool was too hot, there were 3 towels in a villa for 6 people, the villa is not maintained

اتمنى اذا اعدت التجربه ان اري تغيير في الملاحظات الي كتبتها
Pros:

حمام السباحه . كبينه الدخول كانو لطفاء وعلى قدر كبير من الاحترام .

Cons:

الانتر نت ضعيف . الحمامات فيها رائحه غريبه . مواقف السيارات صغيره نوعا ما . موظفة الاستقبال لم تراعي الدور والاولويه . ذهبت مرتين لبرمجه بطاقة الدخول . عند خروجنا كان عمال تنظيف الشاليه منتشرين في الساحه الخارجيه قبل خروجنا بساعه وهذا ازعجنا وازعج العائله . ايضا الجاكوزي في الاعلى كان الماء به بارد ولم نستطع استخدامه .

اتمنى صيانه المكان بشكل دوري و زياده مستوى النظافه في المنتجع
