How specious the room was

Cons:

I recently checked out of this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others. While the room itself is spacious and initially looks nice, the reality of staying here is completely different.
The hygiene is entirely unacceptable. The furnishings are old, weathered, and feel deeply unwashed. The floors were so grimy that I could not bring myself to step on them without wearing shoes or socks the entire time. A large room means absolutely nothing if guests feel uncomfortable simply walking across it. I have attached photos to show exactly what I mean by 'ruined.'
Management needs a serious reality check: either reduce your prices drastically to match this sub-standard reality, or invest the money to increase your quality and hygiene standards. As it stands, it is absolutely not worth the price. Avoid until they undergo a major deep-clean and renovation."

مع الاسف تجربة سيئة لابعد حد ، وصاخة وتلف وكل شيء رايح فيها تخيلو حتى المساحة المائيه فالوسط خربانه مافيها ماء ومصديه !!!! حرام فيها كل ريال

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

أود تقديم شكوى رسمية وطلب استرجاع كامل المبلغ المدفوع للحجز الخاص بي، وذلك بسبب سوء حالة الفيلا وعدم مطابقتها نهائيًا للوصف والصور المعروضة وقت الحجز.

لقد قمت بحجز الفيلا لمدة يومين، وعند وصولي قرابة الساعة 10 مساءً تفاجأت بأن الفيلا رقم (34) كانت بحالة غير صالحة للسكن، حيث تبين التالي:

* الجاكوزي فارغ وغير جاهز للاستخدام.
* الفيلا غير نظيفة بشكل واضح.
* وجود أعطال وتلفيات داخل الفيلا.
* الستائر ساقطة ومهملة.
* آثار اتساخ واضحة على الأسرة، ومنها آثار مكياج.
* وجود بقع واتساخات على المرايا والطاولات، ومنها آثار شوكولاتة.

وبعد تقديم شكوى تم نقلي إلى الفيلا رقم (28)، إلا أنها كانت أسوأ من الفيلا الأولى من ناحية النظافة والحالة العامة، مما تسبب لي ولعائلتي بإزعاج شديد وإفساد الإقامة بالكامل.

علمًا بأن الصور المرفقة توضح الحالة السيئة للفيلا وعدم جاهزيتها للسكن، وهو ما يعد إخلالًا واضحًا بالخدمة المتفق عليها عبر منصة Booking.com.

بناءً عليه، أطالب باسترجاع كامل المبلغ المدفوع نظرًا لعدم تقديم الخدمة بالمستوى الأساسي المقبول، وللضرر والإزعاج الذي تعرضنا له.

آمل معالجة الموضوع بشكل عاجل وإنصافي وفق سياسة حماية العملاء لديكم.

Good location and spacious villa

Cons:

1. Our check in time was 4 PM but we didn’t get the villa until 6 PM, however we were allowed to check out late the next day.
2. The villa we were given was not very well
Maintained and showed serious signs of lack of care, and the front yard was not clean, which gave me the impression that they cleaned it quickly and inattentively before we checked in.
3. The pool water was very cold, and there was no way for us to adjust it.
4. There were no towels in the bathrooms.
5. The jacuzzi water in the master bedroom had a very weird odour, which made it impossible for us to use without getting nauseous.
