Cons:

They knew the AC in the room was not working but they gave me the room anyway. The room was boiling hot and there were no windows that could be opened. When I asked them to change my room, they refused saying they are fully booked. They said I am free to cancel and I may get the refund in few weeks time. When I shouted at the treatment they offered me, they refunded me right away and I booked another hotel

למעט המיקום הנוח שהיה קרוב לשדה התעופה אינני מוצא שום סיבה לגור במלון הזה.
שילמתי עבור חדר 252 אירו ואחרי התשלום שנעשה מיד בכניסה הסתבר שאין מזגן בחדר למרות שבהסמנה היה כתוב בפירוש שעד מזוג אויר.
החום היה 30 מעלות והיה בלתי נסבל לישון בחדר ממוזג
פניתי גם לביקיני וגם למלון עצמו לקבלת החזר כספי ועד הה טרם נעניתי

We ended up in the Prize hotel - 5 mins walk away. Due to malfunctioning air conditioning in the Flightgate.

Sauberes, komfortables Hotel in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Airport München. Bushaltestelle, u.a. für den Airport Shuttle, direkt beim Hotel.

+ the staff is polite and attentive to customers needs
+ perfect location (for a business trip)
+ nice facilities

Cons:

- during my short stay (3 days), the cleaning service did not service the room not even once
- the gym could use some refurbishing

Nice quick stay before airport!
Pros:

The location was convenient and had a very big reception and breakfast area

Cons:

The rooms are extremely small. I would have paid more to get a large room, but it doesn’t seem like that is an option. Our family had to get two rooms.
