J’ai apprécié l’amabilité du personnel et leur disponibilité à vous aider en cas de besoin.

Cons:

Les coussins de la literie sont absolument nuls pour un 4 étoiles. Je testé deux chambres et la pression de l’eau des douches est insuffisante. Et enfin le bruit de la clim est insupportable, vous avez l’impression d’avoir un moteur de camion dans votre chambre.

Pros:

I would have loved to give a 10, but the water pressure is terrible. In addition, it kept changing to very hot and cold! I'm glad I didn't wash my hair because I would have had shampoo left on my hair.
Please address this problem because your hotel would be great without this issue.
