숙박하기전 호텔에서 체크인코드를 메일로 보내두지 않아서, 체크인에 시간이 지체되고, 통화하면서 체크인을 진행했어요.
전체적인 컨디션과 청결도는 평균이었고.
에어컨에서 갑자기 물이 떨어지기 시작해서 수리를 중간에 했으나, 크게 호전되진 않았어요.
그럼에도 불구하고 평점을 이정도 준이유는 생활에 불편함이 없었고, 전화로 말이 잘 통하진 않았어도, 어떻게든 해결하려고 하는 노력이 있었기 때문이에요.

장소가 찾기가 좀 어렵습니다 어느분 말처럼 간판에 SEEK를 찾으시는게 더 빨를수있습니다. 장소는 텐진 거의 한가운데라 놀고 다니기엔 최적인듯 가격대비 나쁘지 않았습니다 . 다만 공항선 아카사카 역까지는 좀 거리가 있는데 그래봤자 10분정도에서 길어야 15분입니다. 참고하시길

Where do I start?
First impression looks okay, then you realise the room and bathroom are completely dirty. Sink getting flooded with crazy amount of hair. Hair body all over the shower area.
Pillows are not comfortable at all.
Noise, other clients came in around 2am and turned on the music, felt like they were in our room.
The best is yet to come.
Left the room 11:00am, around 2:00pm I noticed I had forgotten a diabetic medication in the fridge. Call the hotel, all great over the phone, seems like they were gonna help. Took ages to get back to me saying there were gonna check.
They were only really responding when I said I was going to the hotel myself as this medication is really important.
Sent me photos of the room cleaned claiming they haven’t found anything and if something valuable was found they would have got it.
Wouldn’t let me go through the bin as they are claiming the cleaner didn’t found anything. Am I a liar then? Because my medication was there and I know that 100%.
Just be honest and say it was throw away and let me look in the bin.
Privacy over bins? When you have looked yourself? Really hard to miss an insulation bag with a medication inside. Ridiculous, dishonest and not helpful.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. Be aware that they are liars and the cleaning team don’t do their job properly. Don’t clean and throw away valuable items.

Thick dust can be seen as soon as you enter the room. We took photos as proof for hotel management. We reserved a room for 3 nights, but due to its dust, we checked out straight away. How could this hotel have passed cleanliness standards?
