The staff didnt know that I have booking with the hotel. I was first check in to different room and after I settled my things to the room, i was transfered to different room.
i liked the bfast and the beddings and of course the polite and friendly staff
the bathroom was not that clean..the toilet bowl needs a small bottle of zondrox bleach ..soak overnyt..there was a brownout maybe for 2hours at dawn and another brownout at 7AM till we checked -out at 10Am..standby generator is needed

-Hard to find a decent restaurant close to the hotel.
-Free breakfast is so meh.
-Its an old building. Facility is poor. Shower drain is clogged. Toilet seat is not screwed. There are mosquitoes. There is a fan in the room which is very very noisy.
-When we checked out in the morning, we informed the staff and also asked for tissue. Its been half an hour and he didnt come back. Only to find out he left already and didnt relay the message to the next person in duty.

Not satisfied with the comfort provided. Not so clean bathroom.
The staff/personnel were highly accommodating. We raised our concern regarding early check-in and late check-out due to travel aspects and the establishment catered our needs. Given the charges of those instances, they offered a 10-hour extension discount, which made our stay pleasantly comfortable. We were deeply grateful for it. The place was at the center (Centro) of Ilagan, so accessibility of transportation was an ease.
So convenient to public a/c transportation for .50 cents U.S. or 23 pesos.
Staff were very attentive. Only when I left I realized that I had something in common (U.S.A. Connections) with a staff member. I would have stayed longer if she had introduced herself earlier.
I had to buy ant spray for the bathroom.

Staff was awesome and the shower has great preasure, the atmosphere and breakfast was good so was the coffee. Love the people, that is most important in any business.
