Any cash paying guest will be required to provide a cash deposit to cover the incidentals. $100.00 cash deposit for a 1-2 night stay, $150 for 3-4 nights, and $200 for 5+ nights.

Cons:

The property was gross, the room smelled like cigarettes. The door lock didn’t function. The bed pillows felt like they were stuffed with socks.

It got the job done for a weeklong stay for vacation. Not the best, but certainly not the worst.
Cons:

I think there needs to be more ventilation in the bathroom. Happened to look up at the doorway and it seemed like there was mold starting to grow, or something that at least resembled mold. Plus the walls and essentially every surface gets so incredibly steamy and wet even if you haven’t used particularly hot water to shower. Also, both the fitness center and the pool were unavailable for use. This in particular did not negatively affect my stay(I was visiting New Orleans just for funsies haha) but the booking site does make the pool a bit of a pushing point, so I’m certain some people would be disappointed that it’s not available.

Good Enough
Pros:

I liked the price and it was convenient for the price

Cons:

Very old/vintage rooms which could have been fine but just stuff like a broken hairdryer and hooks being loose was a negative. Also in my 3 nights I seen 2 roaches in the bathroom.

My stay at the Hotel was amazing!!!
