Pros:

There’s nothing different is convenient and the price is always right except the elevator was broke. That’s a problem you know you gotta walk down in long hallways just to get to an elevator so if something needs to be taken care about that other than that, everything else was OK

Nice hotel could use some help
Pros:

Shower was great
Interesting esthetic especially the moulding
Large room

Cons:

I-10 noise was sometimes loud
Back door was in bad shape. No key card entry system. Door was usually kept open by a rock. Not very safe.
Front elevator was out of order.
Sliding door to room didn't seem to stop noise from pool area.
Safe didn't work.
Toilet slow to flush

Front desk people made this hotel better than the room that falling apart.
Cons:

Location that his all I could say I even liked

Cons:

First upon checking in my key would not work. It was not up against any cellphone however maintenance had to come let us in upon the second attempt. After getting in the room the tv would not work at this moment we had a prior engagement had to leave. When we got back still had to call maintenance to fic the tv. Again, the power outlets did not work. Teh bathrooms were horrible they need to be painted. Overall, not a good experience. When checking out stood at the desk behind other customers waiting to Ask staff if the manager could reach out to me as well as my security deposit, I was told I had to call the manager. Will never stay again

Pros:

If you’re on a budget, this may be the spot for you. We checked out early because I just couldn’t take it anymore. We checked out at 1:something in the morning. I felt a little itchy in the bed and I figured I would just drive home and risk it all. We initially booked, blindly, hoping for the best. I love the city. I love the sites and the people. The front desk staff was very nice. We liked that there was an iHop connected to the building. Breakfast on Saturday morning was good. We went later in the evening to eat with the whole family and it was explained to us that their staff was short and limited and they had a walk out of someone on the staff. Hopefully, they got it all worked out. I may just go a little further into the city next time. If you want to save, stay. If you can afford to, maybe go a little further.

Cons:

Key didn’t work. Had to switch rooms. Internet on tv didn’t work. They sent a maintenance person to fix it on Friday. Saturday morning it was disconnected again. Hot water was not that hot. Had to take a lukewarm bath and my husband had to take an almost cold shower.
