Dirty, run down and bug infested with absentee management.
Pros:

Friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff.

Cons:

Property was dirty, run down, and bug invested with absentee management. Killed 3 roaches and a spider, room carpet covered with black mold/mud, door showed pry marks, toilet ran, leaky fawcett, broken TV connection, hard beds, lumpy pillows, loud street noise and crows. Asked for management 3x daily for 3 days and Drew was never at the property. Would be properly rated as a 1 star hotel.

Clean beds, friendly staff, must wear slippers in the room.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The employees were friendly and the coffee in the lobby was very good. Location is good too.

Cons:

The elevator was broken our entire stay. The other elevator was very disgusting.

Great mid range hotel near the airport just check to make sure your heater/AC unit is working

Property was clean, a short Uber ride to the airport, coffee maker in room as well as fresh coffee in the lobby in the mornings. They're also connected to an IHOP so you can get a decent breakfast and there is also the TikTok diner which is only about a seven minute walk away and they made me a great burger as well as a great bacon egg and cheese muffin the morning I left

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like about the property was that the heater/air conditioner never got hot so in the middle of the night and in the morning when I would wake up it would be a little bit cold and I'd have to take a hot shower to warm up because like I said the heater didn't really work very well at all.

I really enjoyed the stay, the hotel fulfill my expectations.
Pros:

The price-quality ratio is excellent.
It has a 24/7 restaurant right next to the hotel with access from the hotel

Cons:

There was a door inside the corridor where the rooms are located, leading out to the parking lot. This door should have been for exiting only, but it was damaged in such a way that anyone could enter the hotel, even if they weren't guests. This created a feeling of insecurity. Fortunately, no incident occurred, so it's just an anecdote about things that need improvement.
