Ms. Taylor at the desk has made our stay a great experience. We stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas day and she greeted us and took care of us with a beautiful smile on her face. While some people aren't so happy to work these days she definitely did not show that. Great customer service. I hope she is appreciated as much as we appreciated her. Thank you!

A few minor issues within the room. Breakfast was bland but serviceable.
What is that smell?
We expected better from a Hilton brand. That's why we booked months in advance.
The problem, I am sure, is the Pets Welcome policy. I actually called them direct and made sure that there were cleaning procedures in place after animals 'might have been' in the room we would receive, since every room could be shared with dogs, not having a separate section to isolate non tolerant guests like us. We might like dogs, but don't want to have dog dander or worse from previous guests pets in our room. PERIOD. So I was assured over the phone, just everything possible has been done to minimize the leftovers of pet occupancy. Then..
On arrival we got the key to room 424. This was on October 5th 2025. We got all our stuff in and the room had a potentially lethal chemical smell unfit for human occupancy and probably fatal for vermin as well. So we had to start over, move to a different room, 428, and settle in, never mind that everything in this room smelled strongly of bleach. Especially getting in the sheets after a crazy day of travel. I was getting tired of dealing with this place, even though the staff was helpful and nice.
The smell of bleach was very very strong.
How do you run a hotel this way?? And don't tell me I should have kept room hopping forever.
Try to stay away from this place. You have been warned.

My wife and I met another couple here for a three night stay on Amelia Island and we weren’t disappointed. My wife and I stayed here a year earlier and enjoyed the experience. Amazingly, we were greeted by the same front desk clerk from the year previous and was treated like family. We have to say the same for all staff we met, including housekeepers and breakfast bar attendant. Since we had much catching up to do with the other couple that met us, there was plenty of seating either in the lobby, pool area and fire pit area on the side of the hotel.
