Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenhalt von (Durch-)Reisenden
Pros:

Ich bin abends mit den Zug in Rostock angekommen und am nächsten Morgen wieder weiter gefahren. Daher habe ich ein günstiges Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe gesucht - und glücklicherweise das Appartement-Hotel gefunden. Ob Buchungsprozess, Kurtaxe / Gästekarte, Zugangsdaten fürs Haus und Zimmer: Alles lief online und völlig unkompliziert ab. Das Haus liegt für Reisende perfekt gleich neben dem Bahnhof und doch abseits genug, so dass ich weder vom Bahnhof noch von der Straße etwas gehört habe. Das Zimmer war groß und spartanisch-kalt, aber funktional eingerichtet. Bad und Zimmer waren sauber, W-LAN vorhanden, für meine Zwecke perfekt. Einen längeren Aufenthalt/Urlaub wollte ich persönlich dort aber nicht verbringen, wenn gleich die zentrale Lage vermutlich auch für touristische Zwecke sehr geeignet ist.

Cons:

Leider war es sehr hellhörig in dem Gebäude. Ich habe jeden Schritt vom Stockwerk darüber und von der Treppe gehört und hätte mit etwas Mühe auch Gespräche vor der Tür oder in den benachbarten Zimmern mitverfolgen können. Leider war insgesamt viel kommen und gehen, so dass ich etwas eine Jugendherbergsatmosphäre eingestellt hat. Wirklich ärgerlich war aber der Lüfter im Innen liegenden Bad. Dieser lief ununterbrochen durch, auch das Licht im Bad gar nicht eingeschaltet war. Mit Licht hat er zwar nochmals hörbar Gas gegeben und wurde lauter, aber auch ohne Licht lief der Lüfter ständig. Dabei war er sehr laut und auch vom Bett aus gut zu hören trotz geschlossener Badezimmertür. Im Prinzip herrschte so im Zimmer eine Hintergrundkulisse ähnlich wie auch beispielsweise zuvor im (fahrenden) ICE. Das war wirklich ärgerlich und ist abgesehen davon aus meiner Sicht auch noch völlig unnötig. Es ist nicht erforderlich, dass der Lüfter 24/7 durchläuft, das kenne ich so aus keinem anderen Gebäude.

In Zimmer Nr.2 waren dieBoden Fliesen locker. Man musste Angst haben, das man sich nicht die Füße aufschneidet. Das war das einzige Manko.

Sehr sauber ,sehr zentral,gleich gegenüber vom Bahnhof.

Cons:

Ein Gast musste in der Nacht stündlich raus, die Tür wurde ständig auf und zu geschlagen.
Um 2.30 Uhr war dann Ruhe.

A good place for a stay in Rostock with excellent location
Pros:

Location is great and this is the biggest advantage - it is literally 3 minutes from the train station. The room was fine, bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The price was quite high for what the room offers.

Struttura pulita

Cons:

La struttura mi ha mandato una mail dove diceva che da giugno a settembre offrivano la colazione , invece non è stato fatto con la scusa che il personale era ammalato .
Pagato tassa di soggiorno , non mi è stata data la tessera SPA . Non mi è mai arrivata la mail con il codice per aprire la porta della struttura e non sapevo nemmeno che camera avevamo .
Ho dovuto continuare a scrivere e attendere le loro risposte

Direkt am Bahnhof gelegen und dennoch sehr ruhig . Die Altstadt ist mit Straßenbahn oder zu Fuß schnell erreichbar

Cons:

Es gibt eine kleine Küchenzeile und einen Wasserkocher . Eine kleine Portion Kaffee oder ein paar Teebeutel wären sehr schön
