Superb hotel value for the money
Pros:

Superb hotel, brand new, super quiet, awesome bedrooms, train to city center is walking distance and takes 15 min. Awesome choice

Très bonne expérience merci à tout le personnel pour son efficacité et son amabilité !
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner très complet, la gentillesse du personnel, la propreté et l'élégance de l'architecture, la bonne taille de la chambre, la navette qui m'a attendue jusqu'à 23h à l'aéroport.

Cons:

La localisation dans un quartier un peu isolé, sans une épicerie au moins pour pouvoir faire de petits achats quand on arrive tard.

Parfait pour un court séjour à Genève
Pros:

La propreté , amabilité du personnel , hôtel récent et à deux min d’une station de train direct pour Genève centre . Navette aéroport pratique

Cons:

Un peu cher pour un mercure aéroport. Mais j’imagine que c’est la Suisse ☺️

Отличный современный новый чистый отель , удобно расположенный рядом с CERN и аэропортом. Нашей целью поездки был CERN, и мы добрались на машине до него за 5 минут от отеля. Парковка чистая, удобная, парковочные места и заезд на парковку достаточно широкие, ее стоимость вполне адекватная. Отличное соотношение цены и качества! Завтрак был разнообразен, и каждый нашел себе то, что искал.

Cons:

АНТИСАНИТАРНЫЙ ЧАЙНИК В НОМЕРЕ!! Пожалуйста, обратите внимание, что чайник в номере мог использоваться предыдущими постояльцами не по назначению. Когда я его решила перед использованием сполоснуть, при попадании в него воды пошла ОГРОМНАЯ ХИМИЧЕСКАЯ ПЕНА, высокая, прямо до крышки чайника! Приложу фото уже опавшей пены. Мы решили, что использование чайника небезопасно и не стали в нем кипятить воду.
К сожалению, персонал отеля оставляет желать лучшего. Мы пришли на заселение, сотрудник за стойкой регистрации подошел к нам совсем не сразу, распевая песни. Он плохо проинформировал нас об оплате парковки, оплате за отель и порядке выселения. Также он, не просив нас, расселил нас по принципу фамилии в паспорте. В итоге в номер с двухспальной кроватью он засели моего мужа и его сестру, а меня отдельно. Крайне неучтиво и неудобно, мы , конечно же, поменялись ключами, но можно было бы и спросить. Сотрудник, отвечающий за администрирование завтраком в отеле, так же вел себя удивительно, возможно, он был нам удивлен, ведь на завтрак в воскресенье пришло буквально 5 человек в сумме.

Stayed overnight before an international flight so was only at the hotel from 7 pm to 7 am.
Pros:

Did not have time to eat breakfast.

Cons:

The room was adequate, however, there was no mini fridge or safe. There were only one bath towel and one face towel in the bathroom and counter space was extremely small.
