Great accomodation!
Pros:

Loved everything! The rooms are big, very clean, with comfortable beds. Great breakfast with many options. Very close to the airport and business campus. It’s great especially for business travels. Friendly staff. Train station 2 mins aways and it takes just 20 mins to get to Geneva centre. Very happy with my staying here! Would come back anytime

Pros:

L hôtel était confortable , l emplacement est facile d accès et le restaurant agréable également.

Cons:

Sur une semaine j ai dû réclamer 4 jours de suite des services non faits (ménage non effectué, pas de serviette, plus de papier toilette, verres non changés...), et on m'a demandé de me déplacer à l accueil pour aller chercher ces éléments manquants car manque de personnel. Dommage car si le service de chambre avait été fait tous les jours comme demandé, le séjour aurait été parfait.

Dobry stosunek jakości do ceny, choć niektóre usługi poniżej standardu czterech gwiazdek.

Cons:

Brudna (porysowana) ściana i podłoga w pokoju. Serwis pokoju co trzy dni oraz brak otwartej restauracji w każdy dzień.

Great choice for families
Pros:

Convenient location (a bit far from downtown, but very easy to reach with a train). Breakfast is very good, great choice of healthy options. Rooms are spacious, great choice for families. We stayed during a heatwave, but room was comfortably cool.

Cons:

Although cleaning was OK, it didn't reach true Swiss quality level.

For an airport hotel it wasn’t that proximate to Cointrin although the facilities made up for it.
