Come vivere appieno la Firenze storica
Pros:

La posizione e la struttura sono fantastici. Edificio storico, completamente ristrutturato mantenendo l'originalità per quanto possibile. Centralissimo, sineaggiungono facilmente tutti i punti d'interesse in pochi minuti. Ottima l'insonorizzazione.

La mancanza della colazione, anche se nelle vicinanze ci sono ottime possibilità.

Pros:

The property was spectacular. Very modern appointments and furnishings incorporated into an old Tuscan building - great renovation. Location was perfect- in the heart of the city, but off of main thoroughfare. Sylvia and her team were most gracious and helpful. Highly recommended!

problems with ac
1st night was stuck on 24.5 oc
cannot open windows either
2nd night ac was so loud it woke us a midnight
was blowing like being in a wind tunnel
rang and they switched it off remotely
3rd night no ac at all and room uncomfortably hot

Excellent hotel . Excellent staff would stay again for sure

The property was incredible one of the best I’ve ever stayed at.
The staff was very friendly and very welcoming

Cons:

There is no lobby it’s just a desk
There is no where downstairs to really hang out and wait for people to come meet you
The security door needs waving in or card at basically all times of the day

とても広くて、家族4人（7歳、5歳の子ども）でも、快適でした。天井も高く開放感がありました。

Pros:

We booked the large suite — it’s very beautiful and comfortable.

Cons:

We wanted to enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi, but on the first night the jacuzzi was weak.
The next day, we asked them to fix it, but when we came back, it was even worse than before — almost not working and with no heat.
