Palm Court Residence & Hotel at Orient Beach

The staff was amazing from the first hello to the last goodbye. Could not have asked for better service and location to the things we wanted most in our vacation. Thank you for making out first trip to your island memorable.

Small, unique property within a few minutes walk of Orient Beach. It's clean and the manager, Ann, is accommodating. The lady who usually runs the breakfast does a great job and is very friendly. I believe her name was Julianna or but not quite certain

Nice property and staff. Very close to the restaurants and a nice sandy beach.

Beautiful rooms and grounds with gorgeous lush foliage. A short walk to the beach or a pool to be enjoyed. Good restaurant on site. Friendly staff to assist you with anything you need.

A wonderful small hotel right next to Orient Bay beach and all it has to offer (5 min walk to the beach). Very nice room with comfortable bed and a small kitchenette area. The dining area next the pool was wonderful especially in the morning for breakfast.

Location was good close to everything but pool in front of Resturant And bar not good

The staff is amazing! Very nice. We had an upgraded room due to a water heater problem. We had a beautiful, spacious honeymoon room on the top floor. Very large and the bed was very large and comfortable. Breakfast is very good and enough, self service, juices, mini croissants and chocolate croissants, coffee, cake, fruits, yaourts.

It is set in lovely grounds & enjoyed the continental breakfast.Good restaurant in the evening.

Everyone was GREAT!! Great location as well.

Very comfortable small hotel. Not the fanciest place I've ever been to, but you will enjoy it here plus now there is an Excellent restaurant on site.

This is a tropical oasis on the beach. Beautiful gardens and rooms are very well kept. Ti Palm restaurant on the property is gourmet dinning on the patio. No problems or interruptions felt like we had the pool all to ourselves. Highly recommended. MERCI.

Hotel is less than 5 min walk to the beach. Lots of dining options. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious and service was impeccable. We dined at Ti Palm (on-site restaurant) and it was superb. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

First time in Saint Marten and absolutely loved our stay at Palm Court. The hotel is a wonderful boutique hotel. Our room was very spacious with a kitchenette and large balcony. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of croissants , cereal, breads, cheeses, yogurts and fruit. The ladies at breakfast and the front desk were very friendly and hospitable. The beautiful beach is a minute walk and there are several beach bars with scrumptious lunch choices. Hotel provides beach towels and beach chairs at one of the bars. For the evening, the Village has a variety of restaurants with different cuisines. Again, this is a minute walk. We didn’t have a rental car but the hotel does have parking if you do. Front desk got us taxis very quickly and we visited Grand Case , Maho Brach ets. Palm Court Residence Hotel surpassed every expectation. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff were friendly and so efficient. The grounds are beautiful and room was spacious and clean. Very close to all restaurants and beach. Will definitely stay here again.

Palm Court was a perfect choice for a couple of days in Orient Beach. The nearby restaurants are some of my favourite in the island and the complimentary beach club access was a welcomed surprise.
All staff we interacted with was helpful and kind.
Rooms are not fancy, but quite spacious and comfortable.

The room and staff were very nice. I didn’t like the extra charges for breakfast. Other properties we stayed at in the area didn’t have these extra fees. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Also, I didn’t like the distance to the complementary beach lounge chairs. The beach guy servicing the complementary beach chairs was not friendly or accommodating. It was obvious that he would have preferred a paying customer . He treated us like second class customers.

We lived the area , walked everywhere. So many food options and very short walk to beach, like 3 minutes. Only downside was this listing said breakfast included , it was continental, eggs and bacon were 7 euros extra. We had a cook top so we just bought a couple dozen eggs and cooked our own. The other thing was they listed laundry facilities and there were none, laundry service yes but 7.0” euros per piece meant we did laundry in the sink. The listing needs to be changed to continental breakfast invluded and laundry service available. Other than that it was sufficient. Comfortable bed , balcony with lounger and table with 2 chairs. Only down side was the couch was more of a footing and not comfortable, still a good place given the rest of the pluses,
